Clinton and Surrounding Area Property Rights at Risk

The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service will have a public meeting for their proposed designation of the Yellowcheek Darter to the endangered species list. This affects the following five counties in Arkansas: Cleburne, Pope, Searcy, Stone and Van Buren. This covers approximately 87,000 acres directly adjacent to the habitat streams of the Yellowcheek Darter.

Emergency Appeal for Funds

February is National Dental Awareness month and the Arkansas Health Department is running radio ads promoting fluoride in drinking water. Instead of talking about oral hygiene, it’s all about water fluoridation, which we find strange due to the fact that Arkansas already has a dangerous state mandate in place.
