Everyone needs to get down to the Capitol, Room 149, at 10:00 am TOMORROW, Tuesday, February 5th.
The House Judiciary Committee is meeting and HB 1012 is on the Agenda.
ARKANSAS HB 1012 – AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR JURISDICTIONAL COOPERATION REGARDING ARRESTS, SEARCHES, AND SEIZURES BY FEDERAL EMPLOYEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
HB 1012 is a setup for the uninformed legislator who chooses NOT to read and comprehend the full intent of this bill, thereby upholding his/her oath of office to protect the citizens of Arkansas from all enemies foreign and domestic, so help them God. This is the “Oath” or “Affirmation” as required by the Arkansas Constitution Article 19, Section 20.
There is but one true statement of merit in this bill: The “County Sheriff of each county is the senior law enforcement officer of that county and is the most authoritative law enforcement official.”
We need to keep it that way.
After and before that statement are lies, deception and fraud via an infringing federal government bent on usurping the constitutional authority and duties of the Arkansas County Sheriffs and enabling the federal government to become the ultimate authority over us. This Bill must beTABLED TOMORROW! This infringement must not stand for a committee vote.
This bill, if passed, WILL usurp (destroy) the authority of the Arkansas sovereign citizen’s last line of defense, the County Sheriff, making their Sheriff subject to or subordinate to the federal government’s rules and regulations. It will remove the Sheriff’s ultimate say as to who can and who cannot come into his county lawfully.
This bill acts as a Trojan Horse, bent on removing our Sheriff’s protection and subordinating it to the authority of the federal government. Its authors, if they are elected legislators, are in violation of their Oath of Office. Anyone voting FOR passage of HB 1012 will be in violation of their Oath of Office.
This bill introduces an aggressive and unwelcome tyrannical federal government into Arkansas counties’ jurisdictional bodies. HB 1012 is bent on removing our Sheriff’s protection and/or subordinating it in any way it can. It is a jurisdictional nightmare.
HB 1012 makes the Sheriff subject to (subordinate) to the federal government’s rules, and is contrary to the position of authority the County Sheriff now holds under The Constitution of the United States. This bill is an unlawful attempt to rewrite constitutional law!
