States in Danger of Applying For a Con Con

A well-funded, highly coordinated effort is currently underway to call a federal constitutional convention (Con Con), under Article V of the U.S. Constitution. Why should you care? Well, the result of such a perilous convention will end up restructuring our Constitution and endangering the Bill of Rights! Do you really want that to happen, dear reader?…because the villainous supporters of this evil plot are dangerously close to succeeding, folks! Think about it!

Help! If you have a friend, relative, or co-worker … ANYBODY, in these states – call them NOW, because too few Americans are still unaware of what’s going on. They don’t have a clue that a risk-prone constitutional convention could be called and is funded by the nation’s global elite!

Utah

Utah is very much in danger of falling soon! So, we need your help to save our Constitution!

Utah’s. S.J.R 9 (COSP) has been on the Senate calendar awaiting debate and vote for two weeks. February 25th, the author “circled” it, whereby he delayed the debate and vote until he thinks he has enough votes to pass it. The session will be over shortly, so he’ll be moving quickly — it could be as soon as today or tomorrow.

Please write a short note to Utah Senators ASAP, asking them to VOTE “No!” on S.J.R. 9 and any other applications from Utah asking Congress to call an Article V convention:

The late Rex E. Lee, President of Brigham Young University, warned against an Article V convention in his LETTER of December 18, 1989 and said a runaway convention is “a real and serious possibility.”

West Virginia

West Virginia is in its end-of-session rush, with only days to go.

Here are the deadly applications for an Article V Convention we oppose in the WV House:

HCR33 (COSP)
HCR3
HCR61
HJR14 (all Term Limits)

Please write to the following 100 WV House members and ask them to VOTE “No!” on HCR33, HCR3, HCR61, HJR14, and any other applications from West Virginia asking Congress to call an Article V convention.

In closing, the fiendish applications that call for a FEDERAL constitutional convention represent a very serious threat to our nation and are still flying under the radar!
