Hey, liberal judges on the bench: Is there a First Amendment Constitutional “right to vote”? (The answer is: NO!)
The federal courts should have NO JURISIDICTION in determining a “right to vote”! (We The People will be sadly disappointed if we keep allowing the courts to intervene with their opinions that render up unconstitutional decisions.)
The First Amendment does say: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
(This amendment limits Congress on making laws, and it does NOT grant a right to vote… It doesn’t mean voting!)
So, there is no constitutional right to vote laid out in our U.S. Constitution.
Concerning state law, here’s a question: When you applied to become a registered voter in your state, did you meet the qualifications laid out by your state constitution or not? Check what your state constitution says in order to see if you are properly and constitutionally qualified.
Regarding voting for citizens, voting eligibility (suffrage) shouldn’t be based on race, sex, or ability to pay a tax, or age (for those 18 years of age or older).
When electing members to Congress: Legislative Branches of the State and Federal governments exclusively hold the power and are delegated to determine the TIME, place, and manner of holding federal elections. Judicial Branches of the state and federal governments cannot substitute their views in this matter! The Judicial Branches should NOT be allowed to interfere! Legislating from the bench is unconstitutional.
Fraud is happening is many of our battle-ground states, and we have no trust or confidence in our election process, including city, county, state or U.S. government or branches…
We are all observing the State of Pennsylvania. The good people of Pennsylvania need to take immediate action and call their Governor, others in the executive branch, and state legislators about the election crimes occurring there. Remember, the Pennsylvania State Legislature did NOT allow for a three day extension on the vote count. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court jumped in and changed the rules! Then our U.S. Supreme Court (Justice John Roberts) FAILED to act on rules, laws, and the constitutionality of allowing an extension of what was already set in place in that state! Justice Roberts knows that’s illegal.
Suspicious judges in several key states have changed election day rules!
The State of Nevada votes definitely affects every American all across the country. Voter fraud occurred when mail-in ballots were sent out to people at wrong addresses. Yes, MANY ballots have been distributed to suspicious places.

The State of Arizona was called too prematurely, and we all know it. Fox News should fire the Decision Team on their staff.
The State of Georgia had cyber security problems in 2018 dealing with the number of so-called voters that supposedly voted when the number of registered voters greatly superseded the actual number that were registered on the books. Here’s the article, and here are some snippets:
It appeared, according to the Georgia Secretary of State’s website, that Habersham County’s Mud Creek precinct in northeastern Georgia had 276 registered voters ahead of the state’s primary elections in May.
Some 670 ballots were cast, according to the Georgia secretary of state’s office, indicating a 243 percent turnout.
But on Tuesday at 10 a.m., the number of registered voters on the secretary of state’s website was changed for Mud Creek to 3,704 registered voters, reflecting a more likely turnout of about 18 percent.
This precinct had problems last election…
And don’t forget about a pipe bursting in Atlanta in the State Farm Arena (Fulton County) that stopped the vote count on Election Day 2020. Yep, we believe this was done on purpose! This should be investigated…

The State of North Carolina currently allows ballots to arrive 9 days AFTER the election. Unbelievable!
The State of Michigan — Why were the windows covered with paper where there was vote counting going on in Detroit so the vote count couldn’t be observed?
The State of Wisconsin — This state has more votes cast than people who are registered to vote! 3,129,000 registered voters vs. votes cast 3,239,920??? Looks like voter fraud exposed there!
Election Fraud is getting to be a bigger problem than most people realize. It is nothing new…but is being exposed now more than ever.
Some of the possible election frauds that are taking place are as follows:
- Dead people voting
- Hacking of computers via The Hammer and Scorecard
- Ballot Harvesting (We need to ban the sending out of ballots. Third Party groups have been allowed to round up ballots!)
- Electronic Voting Machines
- Mail-In ballots (Why have they found lots of ballots AFTER election day? Also, concerning mail-in voter registration, dead people could be registered to vote.)
- Clerical errors that sent more than one ballot to a voter
- Ballot stuffing
- Vote rigging
- Unsecured Drop-off Boxes
Mail-in voting… What a scam! A systemic pattern of fraud and illegal voting has occurred and IS occurring!
However… it looks like there’s a silver bullet in the Fourteenth Amendment that can be used in this country to restore law and order regarding the rioting and election fraud…and deal with the Marxists, ANTIFA, and the Black Lives Matter International Organization (funded by Soros) that have been looting and destroying our cities:

The Fourteenth Amendment — see the full text here — speaks directly to the powers of the federal government in dealing with officials, individuals, and states that are engaged in “rebellion” against the United States of America.
Specifically, the Fourteenth Amendment grants the U.S. President the power to:
Arrest and indefinitely hold all public officials — including mayors, governors, state legislators, federal judges and law enforcement officials — who support “rebellion” against the United States or who have “given aid or comfort” to the enemies of America. (Section 3)
Eliminate House of Representatives positions for California and other states which are engaged in supporting Big Tech censorship platforms that are supporting rebellion against the United States of America and “abridging” the right of voting-aged citizens to participate in elections (via censorship). This implies that Electoral College votes would also be proportionally reduced in these states. (Section 2) It would also apply to states like Oregon which are reportedly funding “war encampment” installations that house insurrectionists who are unleashed each night to attack federal buildings and federal law enforcement officers.
Eliminate all federal financial support for cities and states which are engaged in “insurrection or rebellion” against the United States. Section 3 specifically states that all such claims of federal money obligations to the states “shall be held illegal and void.” (Section 4)
In essence, the Fourteenth Amendment grants American citizens “equal protection” under law, but for public officials or states which are engaged in “insurrection or rebellion” against the United States, those equal protections are revoked.
If California is protecting Big Tech’s politically targeted censorship of Americans, then California’s Electoral College votes can be revoked .
What the Fourteenth Amendment clearly says is that when states are engaged in open rebellion against the Constitution and the United States of America, they can be declared to be “insurrectionist” states and blocked from having their Electoral College votes count.
The president’s power to declare this insurrection and remove states from the Electoral College system is directly described in the Fourteenth Amendment, Section 2:
Furthermore, Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment allows the president to remove from public office any public official or member of Congress who has violated their sworn oath to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution.

Ballots that come in AFTER election day should not be counted! Election rules should not be changed last minute!!! Period… Fake pandemic or no pandemic!
