Gender pandering corrupts our culture!
You may recall our previous alert regarding SB43, and the wording in the original bill has been altered. It did not go through in its original form. We thank the legislators for trying to get the ORIGINAL bill through… but what happened???
Original title: “AN ACT TO CLASSIFY A DRAG PERFORMANCE AS AN ADULT ORIENTED BUSINESS; TO ADD ADDITIONAL LOCATION RESTRICTIONS TO AN ADULT-ORIENTED BUSINESS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES”
It would have restricted drag performances similar to pornography, strip clubs, and other sexually explicit content and activities and would have restricted drag performances or businesses that stage them on public property or in the proximity of minors, and it would restrict these businesses to areas that children do not frequent.
However, when the original bill was amended, the wording was changed, and ALL 4 mentions of “drag” and “drag performances” were removed! And sadly, the amended version also removed the part about admitting a minor for attendance.
Here’s the more important language that was removed from the original wording of the bill:
SECTION 2. Arkansas Code § 14-1-302, concerning definitions related to adult-oriented businesses, is amended to add additional subdivisions to read as follows:
(26) “Drag performance” means a performance:
(A) In which one (1) or more performers:
(i) Exhibits a gender identity that is different from the performer’s gender assigned at birth using clothing, makeup, or other accessories that are traditionally worn by members of and are meant to exaggerate the gender identity of the performer’s opposite sex; and
(ii) Sings, lip-synchs, dances, or otherwise performs before an audience of at least two (2) persons for entertainment, whether performed for payment or not; and
(B) That is intended to appeal to the prurient interest;and
(27) “Minor” means an individual who is less than eighteen (18) years of age.
But we need to realize that:
The adult entertainment industry and
those who engage in drag performances and also those suffering from gender dysphoria due to their confusion over their sex at birth or transgender Arkansans and all their deviant behaviors
are different things!
Amended title: “AN ACT TO ADD CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS TO AN ADULT ORIENTED PERFORMANCE; TO DEFINE AN ADULT-ORIENTED PERFORMANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.”
Enabling transgenderism and degenerate behaviors leads to a morally corrupt society. Therefore, society is realizing that drastic physical changes and/or surgery do not address underlying psycho-social (mental health) troubles of the individual. A good psychiatrist knows that transgenderism is a mental disorder.
So you can see the differences in the versions of the bill:
Here is the original bill. (Also saved here)
And here is the watered-down current version of the bill that’s been reworded, and it has passed the Senate and House and is headed to Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders’ desk.
NOTE: The bill did NOT go through in its original form.
When you compare these two versions side-by-side, they are two totally different bills. View them for yourselves.
Here is how the Senate voted on this bill. (Allow time for it to load.)
Here is how the House voted on this bill. (Allow time for it to load.)
This bill went through the City, County, and Local Affairs Committees in the Senate and the House.
The changing of the wording brings up several questions:
Who influenced the legislators who amended the wording in the bill?
Who wanted this changed?
What’s going on?
So, does the wording in this bill mean that if a male or female performer wanted to dress in drag clothes and do a dance before our precious, innocent, impressionable school children and not expose anything and are not nude or partially nude, does that mean this behavior or performance is acceptable???
This is unacceptable to us!
Moreover, where is the penalty for violating this legislation?
Identity Politics is harming our students. Tragically, our diversity-obsessed schools and universities are now offering students a very liberal education, all in the name of “social justice”… and young people are committing suicide at an alarming rate.
There are two corrupt federal agencies that fund universities and heavily push diversity ideology:
Sadly, this ungodly diversity mentality can determine the way medical research is conducted.
Our universities seem to be obsessed with diversity and even tout that diversity is important to achieving excellence. Also, they want to create a diverse and inclusive learning environment for their students.
Parents should use caution when enrolling their children in some of these liberal colleges, let alone attend liberal churches that are promoting diversity ideology.
Pictured below is Senator Gary Stubblefield facing off with Miss Gay Arkansas America 2021. Gay men, going against nature, can push their erotic agenda too far because they are void of godly conviction and their foolish hearts are darkened. (Romans 1:16-32)
Hopefully, our politicians will call for more legislation that would stop our over-exposed children from attending drag shows.

The name of this man is MD Hunter, better known as Miss Gay Arkansas is a drag queen performer who calls himself Athena Sinclair. In mythology, Athena was the goddess of war… So, war against what, in this instance? Our children and their purity and innocence? Sure sounds like it.
MD Hunter, aka Athena Sinclair, aka Hair Witch
He says in the link above that he is deeply involved in the BLM movement.
Here’s a quote from him:
“… Being a performer, I found speaking to a group was something I was really good at. Then I got so deeply involved in the (BLM) movement, and realized I needed to get inside the movement; not let them make all the decisions. Now I’m involved in many campaigns, helping candidates in any way I can. This is one of the reasons I stayed in Arkansas. I want people to see that, hey, I’m a drag queen, and I can be involved in politics. I want people to see that they can be involved no matter what their background.”
Now the bill is watered-down, drastically changed, and NOT as effective.
Again, what happened?
