Our country is in drastic decline!
What’s going on?
.
Why can’t we turn America around?
.
Could it be because the global elite are determining policies and controlling us, our elected officials, corporations, organizations, universities, churches, and even the United Nations?
.
In this shadowy culture of philanthropy, promoted and used by the privileged super-rich global elite, we are seeing billionaire players wielding their influence and money in many areas that can potentially shape or reshape our lives, lower our standard of living, rob us of local control, and put restrictions on our individual liberty.
Who are the elite? Stay with us. We want to take a comprehensive look at the players.
Be sure to take your time and click on all of the links provided for you.
And policymakers, please be sure to look at the list at the bottom of this alert that tells what the globalists consider “unsustainable” before you decide to invest BILLIONS of dollars into their so-called “sustainable” infrastructure. We don’t want to be duped or hooked like a fish… but that’s the globalists’ intent! And this is using taxpayer money.
All elected officials need to learn what UN Agenda 2030 is — the entangled web of plans that have been devised DECADES ago — in order to discern its malevolent nature and to be an honorable policymaker, for now and for our future generations.
The deceptive, out-of-control, and very corrupt United Nations (UN) works to promote, obscure, and transform LOADS of fundamental issues! The UN wants to redefine everything for us. Examples are sustainable development, the environment, refugees (wanting no borders, so illegal aliens in a country are just migrating, according to them), disarmament and non-proliferation (this is doublespeak), so-called human rights, gender equality, advancement of women, governance, economic and social development and international health, and more things, in order to achieve their Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), according to this warped and harmful standard.
This United Nations (UN) political event was held only last month to pontificate about the need for their Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
Special Event on SDG Acceleration during High-level Political Forum July 15, 2024
From their website and the infographic above:
A view of the event “Keeping the SDG Promise: Pathways to Acceleration” during the High-level Political Forum 2024.
The Special Event provides an update on progress being achieved through the “High Impact Initiatives” (HIIs), championed by the United Nations development system and others at the 2023 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Summit. It also explores the importance of mobilizing investments for critical SDG transitions and showcase countries and programmes that are already making progress in that direction, drawing on the work of the Joint SDG Fund.
The High-level Political Forum 2024 (HLPF) is convened under the auspices of the Economic and Social Council (8-17 July 2024). The theme of the forum is “Reinforcing the 2030 Agenda and eradicating poverty in times of multiple crises: the effective delivery of sustainable, resilient and innovative solutions”.
Notice the key wording above stating that they are reinforcing the 2030 Agenda! And, they want to hear about the “High Impact Initiatives”. Sounds like what the Rockefeller Institute has rolled out. See the Rockefeller programs below. The innovative solutions deal with humanity… and it’s NOT for our betterment!
The philanthropist global elite inserts their intrusive political voices and can also use their so-called charitable giving to dodge taxes. Unfortunately, we, the taxpayers, may get stuck with the bill. So, do we subsidize the private giving of the powerful billionaires? And, what if their billionaire giving/donations ended up actually concentrating private wealth and power at taxpayers’ expense? Are we underwriting their tax breaks? NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations) are taking this country apart, piece by piece! The super-rich also end up getting most of the annual tax subsidies to incentivize their charitable giving that may go to private foundations like this one — the Rockefeller Institute. Let’s focus on this organization today.
Pictured: David Rockefeller Jr. (left)
and António Guterres, Secretary General for the United Nations (right)
David is the eldest son of David Rockefeller, Sr. He is one of the global elitists and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). David Jr. has held many positions among the Rockefeller-related entities.
David Rockefeller Jr.’s occupation is philanthropy. Let’s see what he’s been involved with over the years. We must look at how philanthropy works in order to understand it, especially far-left activities, grants, and donations. It all goes back to the UN Sustainable Development policies from the UN 2030 Agenda that includes Climate Change (and they deceptively state that human activity is causing climate change).
1.) former trustee and chairman of the Rockefeller Foundation which provides support to several organizations, and include sustainable development and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies.
See their history here.
Bullet-pointed below are some examples of organizations/ NGOs they support. Carefully study their programs as the same type of programs are being disseminated in all states.
Click here to see how this non-governmental organization (NGO) is funded.
Currently, they have a Digital Impact and Governance Initiative
Click here for the topics they are engaged in currently. One example is RACIAL INEQUITIES IN HEALTH. Included is this June 21, 2024 RESEARCH REPORT (Vaccine Equity)
Offers grants and mobilize philanthropic partners to meet collective goals.
FCCP provides year-round learning, strategy and collaborative opportunities and resources in critical areas of civic participation–including census, voting rights, emerging electorate, and philanthropic practice.
A summary from looking at the three NGOs mentioned above is this:
Again, it’s all about the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). If you study these three organizations and their programs, you can see that the programs recently submitted here in Arkansas are about the same. Moreover, you can see where those programs are going AND what policies they want to implement here in this state. These organizations are examples of how sustainability and philanthropy work in communities and across America! Policies that come from these types of institutions destroy America.
2.) former president of the Rockefeller Family Fund
MISSION STATEMENT
Rockefeller Family Fund is a U.S.-based, family-led public charity that initiates, cultivates, and funds strategic efforts to promote a sustainable, just, free, and participatory society.
3.) Rockefeller Capital Management
This is one of their events below:
Uniquely Rockefeller Special Client Event – Larry Fink
A snippet:
Gregory J. Fleming, President & CEO of Rockefeller Capital Management, spoke with Larry Fink, Founder, Chairman and CEO of BlackRock, for our first Uniquely Rockefeller Special Client Event in 2021. The conversation touched on a number of topics, none more important for the Firm we are building at Rockefeller than the importance of listening to our clients and adapting our advice and counsel to their evolving needs. Larry’s emphasis on culture and leadership as essential building blocks to the success that BlackRock has achieved over more than three decades is a guidepost for all we are doing at Rockefeller Capital Management.
Here are their latest holdings.
Subsidiaries: Investment advisory and fiduciary activities are performed by the following affiliates of Rockefeller Capital Management: Rockefeller & Co. LLC, Rockefeller Trust Company, N.A. and The Rockefeller Trust Company (Delaware).
4.) trustee of the David Rockefeller Fund
Engaged in: Arts, Environment, and Criminal Justice reform.
5.) founder of a non-profit organization (NGO) called Sailors of the Sea
(The focus is on environmentalism.)
6.) board of directors of Oceana
(The focus is on environmentalism)
7.) former vice-chair of the National Park Foundation, a charity of the United States’ National Park Service that has 417 national park sites
8.) emeritus trustee and advisor to the Alaska Conservation Foundation
(The focus is on environmentalism)
9.) former trustee of the Boston Foundation
Offers grants (see an example of what’s linked, that wants to see the LGBTQ+ community strengthened through their Equality Fund) and focuses on education, health, jobs and economic development, communities and housing, along with arts and culture.
We suggest looking at this document from the United Nations (UN):
Transforming Our World: The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development
If you are wondering what’s going on in America and other countries around the world, look at that 2030 Agenda.
Here’s a sampling of four points about what’s in the above document:
We reaffirm the outcomes of all major United Nations conferences and summits which have laid a solid foundation for sustainable development and have helped to shape the new Agenda. These include the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, the World Summit on Sustainable Development, the World Summit for Social Development, the Programme of Action of the International Conference on Population and Development, the Beijing Platform for Action and the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development…
They also state that:
“Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time”…
and that:
“We acknowledge that the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change is the primary international, intergovernmental forum for negotiating the global response to climate change.”
And number four:
“The new Agenda is guided by the purpose and principles of the Charter of the United Nations, including full respect for international law.”
But Climate Change has always been a HOAX from the beginning.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Climate and Nature Solutions. August 14, 2024
Is it global warming… or global governance? The billionaire globalists are all in on Climate Change. Notice the UN logo on the front of the podium below:

Check out GeoEngineering Watch. Climate Change is all about control:
Climate engineering and weather warfare are ultimately one in the same. The ongoing atmospheric experiments taking place in our skies have a long history with many objectives and agendas being carried out, the equation is complex. If we are to have any chance of exposing and halting catastrophic global climate engineering operations, we must first have a clear understanding of the issue itself. The video below is by far the most complete and comprehensive presentation ever produced by GeoengineeringWatch.org. The presentation was given live at a Northern California public awareness raising event. It is our hope that this video will provide a useful tool for increasing desperately needed public awareness and understanding of the critically important climate engineering issue.

And finally, the document we linked above (and again here: Transforming Our World: The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development) also mentions: “End abuse, exploitation, trafficking, and all forms of violence against and torture of children”.
But listen to what Calin Georgescu (pictured below), the former UN Executive Director AND former President of the Club of Rome (Europe) says in this YouTube video.
Mr. Georgescu affirms, clears up, and establishes the truth that the oligarchy running the world are pedophiles! They control the global child sex trafficking structures, and Georgescu states that over eight million children disappear every year! He also says that the United Nations (UN) 2030 Agenda is similar to the Davos Agenda at the World Economic Forum (WEF). And here’s the kicker: that both of these NGOs are apparently/ allegedly involved in GLOBAL child sex trafficking.
The Committee of 300 or Oligarchs definitely influence running the world, and we can see that tyranny comes in many forms! Here’s a list of committee names. Yes, David Rockefeller is on that list. See David’s 1991 Bilderberg quote here.
So, it looks like the billionaire global elite donors are pooling their money to accomplish the United Nations (UN) Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). To qualify that statement, see: The Giving Pledge created in 2010 by Warren Buffet and Bill and Melinda Gates for the billionaire philanthropists!
An excerpt:
The Giving Pledge is a simple concept: an open invitation for billionaires, or those who would be if not for their giving, to publicly commit to give the majority of their wealth to philanthropy either during their lifetimes or in their wills.
“This is about building on a wonderful
tradition of philanthropy
that will ultimately help the world
become a much better place.”
– Bill Gates
The billionaire donors are more likely to give to their own private foundations and/or donor-advised funds (DAFs) because they can control them and they get to receive an immediate tax reduction that year.
Sometimes it’s hard for us to understand how all of this works, but we can look at a private foundation and see what they are up to in order to use their philanthropy skills and money and yield their UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as offerings for the New World Order. These goals build up the United Nations (UN) governance around the world. They want to control everyone and everything on the planet!
Here are other globalist Rockefeller Organizations you may want to look into and see what’s been done throughout the years in their world of philanthropy and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This was taken directly from their webpage:
Increasingly, philanthropic funders are seeking alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the global agenda for people and planet adopted by the United Nations in 2015. As part of its work on the SDGs, Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors has created two publications to give funders practical advice on how to plan, assess, report, and act on these goals. Both guides have several case studies and feature insights and strategies from global philanthropic leaders.
They blatantly state this about their global issues:
“… our work is the launch of the SDG Philanthropy Platform, in partnership with the United Nations…”
(We checked, and their link to the SDG Philanthropy Platform isn’t working, so try this one.)
And Alliance Magazine for philanthropy and social investment worldwide, said this about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS):
Each goal has specific targets associated with it. There is an urgency to the SDGs that is palpable; 2030 is the deadline to meet all goals.
Those are very strong words for those Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with a 2030 mandate included! So, the billionaires will use their influence to push policies through quickly.
Another magazine for philanthropy is Inside Philanthropy. It featured the Blank Family Foundation (Home Depot) in one of its articles. See their Montana Initiatives.
The globalists, like the Rockefellers, seem to want to use their philanthropy network for “building bridges” to:
Community organization seems to be one of the keys to their so-called success, so programs are needed when involving communities, like the ones below, which are currently being implemented here in Arkansas. Remember, the sustainable development community developers like to start with the downtown areas and talk about “walkable” communities and “bike trails”. Moreover, the UN Agenda directives want us out of our gasoline-powered cars and into electric ones… for a season, in order to transition us to public transportation only! So, watch out for “sustainable” or “green” modes of transportation.
Click here to see a map of how the U.S. has been regionalized and prepared for Sustainable Development. Regionalization is a type of program being used to destroy our traditional political boundaries in this country and restructure the operation of government.
Evolved regionalization/sustainable development infrastructure WILL end up abolishing private property. This new agenda or political system is now called “Sustainable Development”… but in order to meet these dangerous Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), they think the human population needs to be drastically reduced!
The UN Agenda 2030 — via Sustainable Development — seeks to prohibit our suburban lifestyle and is NOT industry-friendly. Jobs have already been affected, too.
There is a global-to-local implementation happening right NOW through such Rockefeller programs below.
The United Nations (UN) accredited non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and other non-profits are being used as “bridges” to transform America. Here’s the updated UN Bluebook, too.
Winthrop Rockefeller 1912-1973 with brother David Rockefeller 1915-2017
(David was 101 years of age)
.
Again, focusing on private foundations, we found this concerning webpage from the Rockefeller Institute: they set forth a Strategic Plan 2025.
Numbered below are the five Arkansas globalist/socialist programs that will have their facilitators/presenters deployed to act on their behalf:
(1) Arkansas Health Equity Collaboration
Stated on their website:
The Arkansas Health Equity Collaboration is a partnership between the Institute, the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine, and the Delta Population Health Institute. We believe that all Arkansans deserve a fair and just opportunity to be as healthy as possible. This group has determined four areas to make these improvements: accessing resources, education, policies, and health and well-being in the workforce.
Now to understand this better, go back up and study the Urban Institute. See, Advancing Vaccine Equity through Community-Based Organizations.
(Secure Arkansas plans to write an article on “Sustainable Medicine” in the near future.)
(2) Civic Arkansas
Stated on their website:
Civic Arkansas is the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute’s initiative to improve Arkansas’s civic health by leveraging a network of civic organizations across the state and empowering communities to practice collaborative problem-solving at the local level.
(3) Incarceration: Recidivism, Reentry and Reunification (iR3)
The Incarceration: Recidivism, Reentry and Reunification program was created to devise a collaborative solution to break the cycle of recidivism, support reentry, and improve the justice system in Arkansas. This effort includes all parts of the corrections ecosystem:
corrections officials
families
legislators
judicial members
lawyers
community leaders
non-profit groups
and the formerly incarcerated themselves
.
The manipulative billionaire globalists are trying to move Americans from equal justice for an individual to a system of “social justice” for society. American law is being transformed to meet the “equity” requirements of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
However, Secure Arkansas believes that every individual is endowed with unalienable rights!
(4) Student Summit on Rural Health
Stated on their website:
The Student Summit on Rural Health represents a major collaboration between the three medical schools in Arkansas and a core initiative for the Rural Health Association of Arkansas. This program brings together students in rural interest clubs from the Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine, New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine at Arkansas State University, and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
(5) Water: An Institute Program
Quote from their website:
“This program will bring together the Arkansans feeding the world – producers, researchers, innovators, and future agriculture leaders – to create a collaborative effort for strategic, coordinated water use.”
So, with this questionable program, they are targeting our water…again! Beware, control of water on rural lands could transfer from landowners to multi-national corporate control or government control. Landowners can lose their property rights regarding water.
And beware if they try to transport water between aquifers using surface pipes in your state because this is big business for them! If an aquifer is fed water from a different aquifer, the resulting mixed water is no longer a property right that attaches to the overlying land… Therefore, the property right to water is LOST!
Control of our water will come before the abolition of private property when looking at Sustainable Development. We must protect our individual water rights. If they are lost, water can become collectivized.
The global elite intends to control EVERYTHING! So, if the program involves water, then it’s imperative that you contact our elected officials and watch out for legislation this next session. Severe limits on individual water use could happen soon, so stay aware!
Water rights vary from state to state.
Snippet:
It is important to note that under Public Trust, water resources “belong” by the public; property owners can’t “own” water, but they may have the right to use, sell, or divert water resources, depending on the laws in the state. The two main types of rights are riparian and appropriative.
And lastly, here is what the EPA says about Waters of the United States.
The Rockefeller Institute says in their Strategic Plan that one of the ways they will achieve these objectives is using the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Plan:
Successful recruitment of a diverse workforce necessitates a culture of belonging and inclusion. Together with staff and advisors, the Institute will examine its priorities and values around diversity, equity, and inclusion to create and implement an actionable DEI plan. DEI priorities and values will extend beyond employment efforts to the provision of services, partnership opportunities, and programming as well.
Now we want to direct your attention to Fort Smith and see what’s going on there.
The latest agenda from the City of Fort Smith is linked here (542 pages!), and we’re including the first 2 pages directly below. Here is page 1:
and here is page 2:
In addition:
On this shorter list is Code Enforcement of blighted properties and Business Incentives for blighted properties. Blight condemnation can typically lead to the transfer of the property/land to a private developer for revitalization. Eminent domain has been used for economic development and has been abused in many states. Privately run utilities have used eminent domain to grab property for “economic development” projects.
However, property owner rights need to come first!
So, what’s coming up for Tuesday, August 20, 2024 is this: more sustainable development policies to be implemented… IF voted in by the city board.
Looking at a few things on their agenda:
On the city agenda is The Transportation Master Plan. Let’s look at Sustainable Transport from the United Nations.
Here’s what the UN says about Sustainable transport:
The global attention to transport has continued in recent years. World leaders recognized unanimously at the 2012 United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio +20) that transportation and mobility are central to sustainable development. Sustainable transportation can enhance economic growth and improve accessibility. Sustainable transport achieves better integration of the economy while respecting the environment. improving social equity, health, resilience of cities, urban-rural linkages and productivity of rural areas
Really? Policymakers, look at how sustainable development will increase the cost of driving cars for the motorist. Thus, towing is also on the agenda because it’s part of the “Smart City” movement. Any restrictive policy for the sustainable development agenda must be presented to cost the motorist MORE money and drive them away from their hefty car expenses. And the police will be watching for cars parked improperly or illegally parked cars (instead of illegal aliens) to ticket or tow with exorbitant fees to be paid. Therefore, protection from abuse in cities must be put in place for us.
Public transit in smaller cities is especially expensive, and road infrastructure still has to be maintained. Expect taxes and fees to skyrocket. (Won’t that be popular?) If the fees for riding public transportation are high, guess what? The people won’t use it! If the city board expects their population to ride scooters or bikes for their mode of transportation, think again. The cities need to revisit their program regulations before they get too far out of hand trying to implement these green sustainable development policies. People may choose to relocate before they get trapped inside these “sustainable”/ restrictive city developments or infrastructures.
Another item on their agenda is cemeteries. Well, if the policymakers are dead-set on following sustainable guidelines, they will be told that cemeteries are NOT sustainable either. But be careful, policymakers, before you go too far because this can lead to bizarre adjustments. Someday, the developers may want our cemeteries radically adjusted, if there at all.
Sustainable developers used to promote cremation, but now they are rethinking this process because of the presence of the toxic mercury amalgam dental fillings, or they want people to just have a “green” burial and a biodegradable casket or burial shroud. Why? They state that embalming chemicals are strong and toxic, therefore embalmed bodies are bad for the environment.
The list below notes the things that the UN says are NOT sustainable, so according to them, we won’t be able to have these items listed in this report! This is being directed by an international organization known as the United Nations that promotes a global agenda. Get prepared for what they want us to give up and do without.
This is part of the Great Reset, dear readers!
Notice that the power to make public policy has been shifting away from elected officials to non-elected individuals who are using the “new collaborative decision process” to reorganize society around the central principle of what THEY are calling “protecting the environment.”
The Global Biodiversity Assessment report directed by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) calls for urgent action to reverse the effects of unsustainable human activities on global biodiversity, including but not limited to the following…

The above list is comprised of summary excerpts from the hard copy edition of the UNEP Global Biodiversity Assessment Report.
[Orange Highlight and Parentheses: Secure Arkansas]
Global Biodiversity Assessment: “Include methods that limit the use of land resources through zoning schemes; use incentives and tax policy to foster particular land-use practices; create and enforce tenure arrangements…and establish easements…that seek to establish landscape characteristics favourable to biodiversity” (Section 13.1.3(5), p. 926).
Sustainable America: “Government agencies, conservation groups, and the private sector should expand the use of ecosystem approaches by using collaborative partnerships…for sustaining ecosystems and biodiversity. Develop indicators which can be used to monitor the status of ecosystems…for restoring damaged ecosystems.” (Chapter 5.2(1-5) p. 119)
But did you notice that the link to the actual Global Biodiversity Assessment report doesn’t even work?!
They are HIDING this bombshell from the public! We mentioned that in this previous article from October 2023:
Critical Things We Need to Know about the Buffalo River Potentially Changing Designation
Take note:
Here is basic information about the radically altering UN Global Biodiversity Assessment from 1995 that says the Assessment and the Summary are not available online but can be searched on Cambridge University Press, but if you’ll notice — that link doesn’t even work, either!
You can sign up to download and read it here: Heywood (1995) Global Biodiversity Assessment PDF.
When you view this FREE Heywood PDF, you’ll see that they shrunk it… to ONLY 3 PAGES! Ridiculous…
The document in its original form was OVER 1100 PAGES!
Here’s the Global Biodiversity Assessment: Summary for Policy-Makers. (7 pages)
Readers, you may want to view that list again regarding what’s considered “unsustainable” by the globalists.
More from our October 2023 article:
Policy makers: We’d better engage in this malevolent battle because the predatory globalists have summoned the hosts of hell, and their minions/government WILL enforce the UN Agenda 21/ Agenda 2030 known as Sustainable Development Goals. Here’s what the demented billionaire globalists truly believe! These are more radical examples for you to consider RIGHT NOW because the obsessed globalists have ALREADY considered what is NOT sustainable, and it can be found in the UN Environment Programme called the Global Biodiversity Assessment report from 1995 (1,140-page report [but again, it’s being HIDDEN from the public]), and they have not wavered from it since then:
Already we are seeing that the grazing of livestock is NOT considered sustainable, let alone fencing
Machines that use fossil fuels (cars, trucks, heavy machines for construction, etc.) are not considered sustainable
Agriculture is NOT sustainable
Any disturbance of soil surfaces is NOT sustainable
Range lands, farmlands, and pastures are NOT sustainable
Private property is NOT sustainable
Harvesting timber or logging is NOT sustainable
Modern hunting is NOT sustainable (Modern hunting was created by the conservation movement )
Now, can you see what has been planned for humanity for many years? It’s shocking and mind-blowing…
These are the far-reaching “global-to-local” guidelines that sustainable developers — and those who follow them — WILL implement. It will be the government that uses their strong arm of power for the private NGOs, foundations, and corporations. This is a result of Public-Private Partnerships which speak about “development” when it’s really about control.
Sustainable policies are at the root of nearly every local, state, and federal program. Each step diminishes individual freedom, personal and national prosperity, and the destruction of the hopes and dreams of every American.
Just remember this: sustainable development policies are developed by rich and worldly people that are mostly void of godly conviction; therefore, we must use our common sense before implementing the billionaire global elite policies! We are losing America inch-by-inch with these socialist global policies. Hold the line locally; you are our last line of defense! Local governments MUST avoid NGOs, foundations, and corporations that promote sustainable development. And the federal government is guilty of advancing these policies, too.
One last thought: people are pulling up roots and FLEEING larger cities as fast as they can due to the radical implementation of sustainable development policies and/or trying to keep up with the future. Also, cities are going bankrupt because they got in too deep!
In closing, think about this: from where do all these so-called “sustainable solutions” come?!
