At last, we see an admission
.
from the Department of Health and Human Services
.
that fluoride (a toxic chemical)
.
is poisoning our children!
.
Our children need fluoride removed for healthier tap water.
.
A landmark National Toxicology Program (NTP) report on fluoride neurotoxicity has confirmed what experts have long suggested: that fluoride is comparable to lead in its ability to lower IQ in children.
The 324 page report from the National Toxicology Program (part of the Department of Health and Human Services/ DHHS) has been a long time in coming. (Here is the Abstract.) It concluded that drinking water that contains more than 1.5 milligrams of fluoride per liter is toxic to children.
Arkansas is adding .7 milligrams of fluoride per liter to tap water, which is half the amount mentioned above that is toxic… BUT, if you add up other liquids, like soda pop, fruit juices, sports drinks, energy drinks, teas, and many other popular drinks that contain fluoride, you can easily overdose a child in one day, so it’s hard to control, and overexposure is mounting! And, we must remember that fluoride is a cumulative toxic poison.
Here is a list of possible symptoms of fluoride poisoning.
And what does the American Dental Association say? They have only commented that they are STILL reviewing the report!
The Hill has this article: US government report says fluoride at twice the recommended limit is linked to lower IQ in kids
An excerpt:
The report, based on an analysis of previously published research, marks the first time a federal agency has determined — “with moderate confidence” — that there is a link between higher levels of fluoride exposure and lower IQ in kids.
And also from the front page of the Arkansas Democrat Gazette on Saturday, August 24, 2024: US government report links fluoride, kids’ IQ (image shown below):
Some history: Act 197 of 2011 in Arkansas requires any water system in the state serving 5,000 people or more to set a fluoride level within the minimum and maximum levels recommended by the state health department.
However, more and more people are finding out that:
In 2016, under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) of 1976, a group of non-profits and individuals petitioned the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to end the addition of fluoridation chemicals into U.S. drinking water due to fluoride’s neurotoxicity.
The EPA rejected the petition. In response, the groups sued the EPA in Federal Court in 2017.
Evidence on fluoride’s neurotoxicity was heard by the Court in two phases: a 7-day trial in June 2020, and a 14-day trial in February 2024. As of May 2024, a judgment from the court has yet to be rendered.
EPA Lawsuit update: The TSCA Fluoride Trial, 2016 – present.
So, the recent government review by the National Toxicology Program comes as a federal judge is about to rule on whether water fluoridation poses a neurotoxic hazard to human health.
Let’s also think about our water operators who are mandated to handle this deadly product. We have an example of a water operator who was permanently injured for life due to a fluoride spill. Secure Arkansas knows how our water authorities feel about this dangerous substance that comes in a bag literally marked with a skull and crossbones:
Angels in the Ozarks: Andy Anderson of Diamond City, Arkansas, chairman of the Ozark Mountain Regional Public Water Authority (OMRPWA), was thrilled that the toxicology report was finally released today! Their water authority has had a nasty lawsuit looming over the board’s heads for several years now regarding the mandate of adding fluoride to public drinking water. There are 18 individual systems in the OMRPWA water district; the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) wants to treat their water district as ONE system for the fluoride issue but as 18 individual systems for their normal everyday course of business. That way, they tried to hold them to the mandated fluoridation.
Representatives from ALL 18 water systems have expressed their unanimous disapproval of adding fluoride to the public water supply. Yes, Secure Arkansas has heard from many other water operators, too. They dread handling the product and having to put the deadly substance into the water supply.
Andy has always disapproved of water fluoridation and has stated many times that a state mandate would require litigation of this highly toxic chemical. The board has consistently stood strong against loading up the public water supply with the harmful fluoride substance. They would NOT add it to their water supply, therefore protecting the people in their district from harm!
Andy also stated,
“Act 197 of 2011 is an unjust law that affects the health of every person in Arkansas, yet “We The People” were not given the opportunity to vote on it. It was passed by an uninformed state legislature. It has been known by all who were interested that fluoride is a neurotoxin that is harmful to humans, animals, and the environment.
The fluoride used for water fluoridation is NOT pharmaceutical grade. No water system could afford that.
What is used is a hazardous waste by-product from the phosphate fertilizer industry. It is so hazardous that it CANNOT be disposed of by burning or in landfills. However, the EPA, the CDC, as well as the Arkansas legislature and compliant Arkansas Department of Health allows and mandates that it be disposed of in your drinking water.
Fluoride is the only additive to public drinking water that is not used to treat the water; It is used to treat the people. It is medication without consent, which is unlawful. It is well past time to end this unjust and unlawful practice.”
In addition, OMRPWA has withstood the threats of fines thrown at them by the Arkansas Department of Health. Andy said, “ADH has known for years that fluoride is bad for our children and does not have the guts to speak up against ACT 197, the fluoride mandate!”
And this is a MUST to review: read the FULL document on contaminants in fluoridation chemicals by Phyllis J. Mullenix published in 2014. Dr. Mullenix has graciously provided her (author’s) pdf copy so that all water operators have access to it. She is considered to be the world’s foremost expert on the neurotoxicity of fluoride compounds.” Dr. Mullenix’s bio may be found here.
Fluoride is NOT safe and effective. It’s destructive! It’s just that simple, readers.
Fluoride added to our drinking water is harming all of us, including humans, animals, and vegetation.
This 2011 fluoride mandate is something the Arkansas Legislature should revisit!
Therefore, we are asking once again for our legislators to repeal the 2011 fluoride mandate!
And in the meantime, before our legislative session starts, can we simply request a moratorium? This chemical product that is mandated by our state is dumbing down our children via our water supply. Please turn it off now, for goodness’ sake!
In addition, when consuming fluoridated products, there needs to be a label on all beverages sold about the fluoride content contained within the product, let alone all the other harmful metals contained in the fluoride chemical itself, like arsenic, cadmium, and lead (and fluoride leaches lead, too)! Reiterating, fluoride is a toxic industrial waste by-product which is also contaminated with lead, arsenic, aluminum, radionucleotides and other dangerous industrial contaminants.
And you CANNOT boil fluoride out of the drinking water: that only concentrates it even more!
Dr. Sandra Young of Russellville is also excited that the toxicology report from the National Toxicology Program has been released! She wanted to make sure this review by Philippe Grandjean and Philip J Landrigan was included in our article as well: Neurobehavioural effects of developmental toxicity.

Fluoridation By Dean Burk, Ph.D., U.S. National Cancer Institute, Retired, and Dean Burk Foundation, Inc., and F John Yiamouyiannis, Ph.D., National Health Federation
A snippet:
(1) Our report involved a study of 11,500,000 persons in the 10 largest American central cities artificially fluoridated “100%” for an average of 15 years that showed by 1969 an approximately 18% excess cancer death rate (ca. 3600 excess cancer deaths per 10,000,000 persons per year) as compared to the rate found for 7,000,000 persons in the 10 largest American central cities not artificially fluoridated (“0%”) and whose cancer death rate and rate of increase with time were virtually identical (numerically matched) with those of the fluoridated group during its pre-fluoridation period, 1940-1950. When the latter group was then fluoridated during the years 1952-56 and thereafter, its average mortality rate immediately and steadily increased above that of the average mortality rate of the non-fluoridated group, with a significant difference evident by no more than two years, and very marked by five years. The 3600 excess cancer deaths per year per 10,000,000 persons would, by simple extrapolation as a first approximation, amount to some 29,000 excess cancer deaths/ year/80,000,000 persons subjected to artificial fluoridation in the United States in 1969, and 33,000 excess cancer deaths/year/93,000,000 persons currently subjected to artificial fluoridation in 1975. Such mortality values are of the order of magnitude as those for the two leading cancer death sites in the United States, namely, breast and lung. We have made many other year-by-year time-trend comparisons with other groupings of fluoridated and non-fluoridated cities, and also on single cities before and after artificial fluoridation, with similar observations of prompt and increasing linkage of fluoridation with excess cancer deaths as a function of time.
In this MUST-WATCH 6-minute video, Dr. Dean Burk explains that fluoridated water amounts to public murder on a grand scale. Also, read this article: National Cancer Institute Head Chemist Tells The Truth About Water Fluoridation & Cancer.)
Some snippets:
Who was Dr. Dean Burk?
Dr. Dean Burk was an American biochemist, who co-discovered biotin, a chemical necessary for cell growth, the production of fatty acids and the metabolism of fats and amino acids. He was the head chief chemist at the National Cancer Institute, part of the National Institute of health under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. He was chief of cytochemistry at the institute’s laboratory. He received the Hilderbrand Prize in 1952 for his work on photosynthesis, and the Gerhard Domagk Prize in 1965 for his development of procedures for distinguishing the difference between a normal cell and one damaged by cancer. He was the co-developer of the prototype of the nuclear magnetic resonance scanner. He was born in Oakland, California in 1902 and died 1988. His paper, “The Determination of Enzyme Dissociation Constants (3),” published in the Journal of the American Chemical Society in 1934 is one of the most frequently cited papers in the history of biochemistry. As you can see, this man knew his science!
I don’t think it’s a coincidence that he waited until his senior years to speak up about fluoride. This interview was recorded in Holland in the 1970’s, again no surprise that he did not give interviews like this in the United States. Today, fluoride is a known toxic chemical. If you accidentally swallow a little bit from your toothpaste, the instructions on it will usually advise you to call poison control. The government doesn’t hide the fact that fluoride is toxic (2), Dr Dean Burk presents his research in the video, and states that the evidence cannot be refuted. The fluoride used in the water supply is poison, there is no good reason we should be administering it to the population, no matter what the dose. On top of that, there has never been any evidence to support the claim that water fluoridation benefits teeth. This is especially interesting when you observe that dental health is better in non-fluoridated regions than it is in fluoridated regions.
[Some quotes from Dr. Burk]:
“In point of fact, fluoride causes more human cancer deaths than any other chemical.”
“When you have power, you don’t have to tell the truth. That’s a rule that’s been working in this world for generations. And there are a great many people who don’t tell the truth when they are in power in administrative positions.”
“Fluoride amounts to public murder on a grand scale.”
“It is some of the most conclusive scientific and biological evidence that I have come across in my 50 years in the field of cancer research.”
Cover-ups and lies being exposed! It’s all being exposed now. Watch this brilliant and enlightening speech given by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. as he addressed the nation. He also spoke at the Trump Rally in Arizona, August 23, 2024, with his endorsement of President Trump as he announced that he will be suspending his presidential campaign.
The government toxicology report on fluoride was finally released on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. spoke at the Trump rally about his concerns regarding what’s going on in this country on Friday, August 23rd. So, the critical issues that he mentioned are now going to be part of the national conversation. Hallelujah!
The censorship and government propaganda from the Democrat National Convention (DNC) needs to stop! Yes, Biden’s Administration is corrupt, and their antics have been deplorable. They have tried to weaponize federal agencies.
Before we wrap this up, here is Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s Children’s Health Defense website exposing the CDC:
CDC still stands for Water Fluoridation After Report Linking Fluoride to Lower IQs in Kids Finally Published (BigPharma, CDC, FDA, Delta Dental Dental appear to have no concerns about your health)
From the article:
It’s the first government publication to concede what fluoride researchers have long reported: that the chemical added to the drinking water of hundreds of millions of people in the U.S. and celebrated as one of the 10 greatest health achievements of the 20th century carries a serious risk of neurological damage, particularly for pregnant women and young children.
The authors concluded that exposure to drinking water containing more than 1.5 milligrams per liter (mg/L) is consistently associated with lower IQ in children. That’s only twice the amount the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends be added to drinking water in the U.S. to prevent tooth decay.
The researchers found that almost all of the high-quality studies identified — 18 out of 19 — found a link between fluoride exposure and lower IQ in children. And 8 of 9 high-quality studies that looked at neurodevelopmental links other than IQ also found a link.
In addition:
A spokesperson for the CDC told The Defender in a statement that the agency continues to support water fluoridation at current recommended levels. Question is who in the CDC or FDA may be getting paid off.
Stuart Cooper, Fluoride Action Network executive director, said the publication of the report was historic. “This report, along with the large body of published science, makes it abundantly clear that the question isn’t whether fluoridation is safe, but instead how many children have been needlessly harmed,” he said.
