Many are saying that Fort Smith City Administrator Geffken, Talicia Richardson, and others have spent countless hours on deceptive “master plans” called Safe Fort Smith and Move Fort Smith.
We know that Smart Cities are being implemented throughout America and therefore bring to fruition the United Nations (UN) action plan called Sustainable Development.
Sustainable Development usually operates locally through “consensus” that manipulates a predetermined outcome, often operating with stakeholder councils and giving third parties a stake in the control over properties in communities, cities, and towns.
Locals are marginalized!
The terms Sustainable Development, UN Agenda 21, and UN Agenda 2030 are often used interchangeably.
The implementation of this global agenda would involve the relocation of people from rural areas into what globalists are calling “Smart Cities”.
And this does involve the use of Eminent Domain.
This global action plan started many years ago in 1992 as UN Agenda 21 to control the world’s population. The UN philosophy back then went like this:
“…current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class ‐ involving high meat intake, use of fossil fuels, appliances, home and work air conditioning, and suburban housing are not sustainable.”
Here’s where Smart Cities come in: they’re all about centralized control and mandates.
These UN sustainability objectives can be turned into public policies that will be made for a city, county, and state and will bring about the abolition of private property incrementally, so the people will not be alarmed… at first.
The Smart City will have a concentration of high-rise living with:
a small amount of square footage to dwell,
mixed use buildings,
walkable communitieswith mass transit such as light rail and bicycle lanes and trails, so expect extreme limits and restrictions on mobility. No private cars.
Watch for environmental, water, energy, and tax policies to be implemented also.
“I believe there are more instances of the abridgement of the freedom of the people by gradual silent encroachments of those in power, than by violent and sudden usurpations.” – James Madison
