The catastrophic flooding event that occurred recently in Kerrville, Texas, is absolutely tragic and heartbreaking, and we are praying for the friends and families of everyone involved and those helping in the recovery efforts.
.
The area was devastated by massive flooding on July 4, 2025, which led to flash flood emergencies and evacuations along the raging Guadalupe River.
.
So far, more than 500 people have been rescued or evacuated since the flooding began, but sadly at least 110 people are dead across six counties; and this article says that 160 souls are still missing. Around 750 children were at the camp when the flooding happened.
.
What happened during this extreme weather event was unprecedented.
Regretfully, this looks like a tragedy that was just waiting to happen again. But why? Be sure to read to the end…
Camp Mystic is/was a private Christian summer camp for girls. Richard Eastland, age 70, the co-owner and director of Camp Mystic, died trying to save the children, the Austin American-Statesman reported.
27 children have been reported missing at Camp Mystic on the Guadalupe River

This article from AP News is very informative: Quick action by one Texas Summer camp leads to timely evacuations ahead of deadly flood.
Looking back for a moment at Texas camp history — Did you know that there was another devastating flash flood that swept through the Guadalupe River on July 17, 1987, near Comfort, around 30 miles from Kerr County? A sudden, heavy rainfall, almost a foot of rain overnight, caused floodwaters to rise rapidly. Tragically, 10 campers (ages 8–17) drowned when their vehicle was swept away! The 1987 disaster was not an outlier. The Guadalupe River corridor, known as “Flash Flood Alley,” had experienced other deadly floods in 1932 and 1978, also impacting camps.
Was Camp Mystic literally built near a riverbed? A dam sits upstream, too… A floodplain/ flooding hazard area…?
This disaster has affected many people, as low lying areas along the Guadalupe River in central Texas fill up with people in youth camps and campgrounds that are especially popular in the summertime.
Concerning this horrifying scene, we’ve heard from several reports that the river rose about 26 – 30 feet in 45 minutes! According to KSAT News: The volume of water that poured down is estimated to be more than 100 billion gallons, a staggering amount that surpasses the daily flow over Niagara Falls.
That’s an unnatural and EXTREME amount of water dumped on the unsuspecting people in that area!
Must Watch! A short 4 min. video: Shocking video shows how quickly the Texas flood waters rose over 20 feet in as little as 37 minutes.
And the terrible flooding affected more than just the precious young campers. An entire RV park and restaurant was swept away; and people, houses, vehicles, and heavy trucks were literally picked up by the raging water, some transported several miles away. Many vehicles and nearby homes were filled with mud and debris…
What was really going on or before July 4th in Texas? We definitely feel questions and inquiries about this weather anomaly should be posed at this time, don’t you?
Was there cloud seeding going on? Cloud seeding involves releasing silver iodide into clouds to increase rainfall under specific conditions. Did you know that he Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) uses cloud seeding in select areas of West and South Texas, typically during dry seasons?! Keep reading…
Nature CAN be weaponized! Project Stormfury (1962–83) and Operation Popeye (Vietnam War era) explored using cloud seeding to steer or intensify storms but did not involve AI at that time and were later discontinued.
Calamitous things can and will happen whenever weather manipulation is used, rapidly. Were they using geoengineering and weather manipulation?
Global climate engineering is used by governments around the world without public consent to suit their own agendas! This process is a direct manipulation of weather patterns known as geoengineering, climate engineering, or solar radiation management.
The term “weather modification” is defined as any activity performed with the intention of producing artificial changes in the composition, behavior, or dynamics of the atmosphere.
As of July 2024, cloud seeding programs were active in at least nine states: California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming. Among states identified that directly fund cloud seeding operations, Utah provides the most support.
Important and intense quote from Dane Wigington:
The level of deception and denial regarding the obvious and verifiable ongoing global geoengineering assault is truly beyond comprehension. If this issue continues to be ignored by the media and the masses, it will be at an unimaginable cost to the biosphere and ourselves. Of all the challenges and threats currently faced by the human race, mathematically speaking, the critical effort to fully expose and halt climate engineering/weather warfare must be rationally considered the top priority.

Back to Texas…
Weather Modification and Cloud Seeding is Texas Policy
Snippet:
According to COMPTROLLER.TEXAS.COM, “serious cloud seeding operations began in Texas during the severe drought of the 1950s.
South Texas Weather Modification Association
Snippet:
The South Texas Weather Modification Association (STWMA) is a non-profit organization consisting of several water districts committed to enhancing rainfall across the south Texas operation area. Rainfall enhancement is conducted using cloud seeding techniques where aircraft release microscopic particles of silver iodide and calcium chloride into thunderstorms to increase rainfall efficiency. The association first formed in 1996 and conducted its first cloud seeding mission the following year. After 25 years in existence, the STWMA, based in Pleasanton, continues to perform seeding operations over multiple counties in south-central Texas.
Harvesting the Texas Skies in 2022 – A Summary of Rain Enhancement Operations in Texas
Snippet:
The history of Texans using cloud seeding to lessen the impact of periodic, often severe, droughts is lengthy and fascinating. Numerous “rainmaking” efforts sprouted during the epic drought of the 1950s, and some continued into the 1960s, giving impetus to the Texas Legislature to adopt a law, in 1967, governing the use of weather modification technologies. In ensuing years, both the State and federal governments provided funds for both cloud seeding research and assessing the impact of commercial weather modification projects.
Have you ever heard of Rainmaker?
A couple of quotes from their site:
Rainmaker provides water for farms, watersheds, and ecosystems, fortifying growth and stewarding the natural world.
Traditional precipitation enhancement efforts struggled with operational flexibility and measuring impact due to past technological limitations. Recent advancements in drones, numerical weather modeling, and radar algorithms have transformed precipitation enhancement into a viable, scalable pursuit with demonstrable results. The time is now.

Yes, cloud seeding is scheduled.
From this online search:
Overview of Rain Enhancement Projects
Rain enhancement projects, commonly known as cloud seeding, are implemented in Texas to increase rainfall and supplement the state’s water supply. These projects utilize aircraft to disperse substances like silver iodide into clouds, encouraging precipitation. Here are some key points about these initiatives:
Coverage: Currently, cloud seeding projects cover approximately 31 million acres in Texas, targeting areas that are crucial for agriculture and water supply.
Technology Used: The projects employ specially-equipped aircraft that release seeding materials into convective clouds, which are believed to be capable of producing rain. The timing and targeting of these operations are critical for their success.
Organizations Involved: Various organizations, including the South Texas Weather Modification Association, are actively involved in conducting these cloud seeding missions.
And it’s not just occurring in the United States. Have you heard of an NGO called the North American Weather Modification Council (NAWMC)? They were created on January 25, 2011 as a nonprofit 501(c)(4) corporation under the Texas Business Organizations Code. And, they advance the use of weather modification technologies through education, promotion, and research. Here is a membership list. Moreover, they include representatives from government agencies, academia, and the private sector who oversee cloud-seeding programs across North America. So, NAWMC serves as the umbrella organization for cloud-seeding efforts across the U.S. and Canada, coordinating between government, private industry, and scientific bodies.
U.S. federal law allows for weather modification and experiments! Check out the history of weather modification.
Here’s the Federal Oversight:
The current U.S. Secretary of Commerce, who oversees the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), is Howard Lutnick who was appointed by President Trump.
NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) — under the Department of Commerce, functions as the primary federal overseer:
Weather Modification Reporting Act of 1972 mandates that anyone conducting weather modification (e.g., cloud seeding) nationally must submit reports to NOAA’s Administrator 10 days before and after any operations
The Weather Modification Advisory and Research Board, established under federal law, is run by 11 members appointed by the Secretary of Commerce. These include representatives from:
National Academy of Sciences
National Center for Atmospheric Research
American Meteorological Society, and others
So, the federal-level “responsible official” is effectively the Secretary of Commerce, via NOAA, who oversees all national weather modification reporting and coordinates the Advisory Board.
Here’s an image of the western part of the U.S. and their target areas, color-coded by warm season or cold season:
Kerrville, Texas, is in the area color-coded green in South Central Texas.
We ask you to consider this: the news media and other outlets keep talking about what they call “climate change“… but it’s actually climate engineering.
Diving a little deeper — Did you know that the United Nations (UN) is directly linked to weather modification oversight and governance through several international mechanisms?
1. Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD), 1977
Official Name: Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques
Key Points:
Prohibits military or hostile use of weather modification (e.g., for warfare).
Entered into force in 1978, ratified by 78 nations including the U.S. and USSR
Distinguishes “peaceful weather modification” (like cloud seeding) from “hostile acts.”
ENMOD is a UN treaty, framing weather control in international law. It has been politically invoked, especially for cloud seeding and war-related environmental damage, but lacks clear enforcement.
2. United Nations (UN) — Facilitated U.S. — Canada Agreement (1975)
Through UN auspices, the U.S. and Canada agreed to exchange data and cooperate on weather modification research.
This means cloud seeding and related activities are tracked under a United Nations (UN) mediated framework.
3. World Meteorological Organization (WMO)
A UN specialized agency, the WMO issues these so-called guidelines for “responsible” weather modification, including cloud seeding
These guidelines require randomized controls and statistical validation to ensure “scientific integrity”.
We need to bring you a lot more information but at a later date.
Readers, LOOK UP! We need to PAY ATTENTION.
In closing, Georgia U.S. Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene recently introduced federal legislation targeting weather modification across the country, which would criminalize activities like cloud seeding when done with intent to alter weather, climate, or sunlight.
Her legislation mirrors Florida’s new law (SB 56) that bans weather modification, making it a felony at the federal level. The new Florida law that was recently signed by Gov. Ron DeSantis on June 20, 2025, imposes penalties of up to five years in prison and $100,000 in fines for engaging in weather modification. See CHAPTER 2025-157. This is GOOD NEWS! Senate Bill 56 repealed the state’s ability to issue permits for geoengineering and weather modification. Residents will now be able to report chemtrails. So, no more rain-seeding!
Congresswoman Greene’s bill would also prohibit “the injection, release, or dispersion of chemicals or substances into the atmosphere” for the express purpose of influencing weather, temperatures, climate, or sunlight intensity.
Speaking to state legislators all across the country: please work on this type of desperately needed legislation for your next session and help us raise awareness of climate engineering before more travesties happen.
Texas legislators, we will be eagerly awaiting to see the legislation you prepare for your state.
We leave you with this final video:
Camp Mystic survivors sing on bus during evacuation while passing scenes of Texas flooding damage.
Videos taken by a nurse at Camp Mystic near Kerrville, Texas, captured the shock of young campers as they surveyed the campground while being evacuated on a bus as well as singing praise choruses and other songs as they passed scenes of flooding damage in Kerrville.
As mentioned above, around 750 girls were attending the camp at the time of the flood, according to Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick.
