SB359 Fluoridation gets a “Do Pass” Vote

SB 359 is an act “To Provide For Certain Water Systems To Maintain A Level Of Fluoride To Prevent Tooth Decay; And For Other Purposes.”

Today the Senate Public Health, Welfare and Labor Committee gave this bill a “Do Pass”. This means, that unless we stop this mandate, every community with over 5000 people will get fluoride in their water whether they like it or not. This bill is being pushed through very quickly. It wasn’t even introduced until February 18th and now it’s already received a pass vote. It is on the Agenda for vote tomorrow, so we need everyone to contact their Senator and Representatives and tell them in no uncertain terms that you do NOT want fluoridation mandated.
