The legal advisor for the station did say he thought in appellate court Kaye could prevail as the court decides whether the collection of citizen’s personal information including biometrics is necessary to obtain a driver’s license. Many people have already contacted Kaye since the airing Tuesday night, sharing their support. If each person would do what they can it would help Kaye to reach the amount needed to take her case — the case of citizens — through the courts.
