The information below is from this compilation of documents and information put together showing the sponsorship of the Blueway by several organizations. This should be a matter of concern for us all.
Our property rights are in danger!
From Page 18 Non-productive and/or frequently flooded farmland should be returned to wetland or forest, as appropriate. At their headwaters, the White and its tributaries should each be protected to establish increasingly effective corridors for wildlife population migration and expansion. As each river boundary should be protected, so should the river’s natural hydrogeomorphology. (Editors Note: This comes right out of the U.N. Agenda 21 game plan.)

The above list shows just some of the land grabs by the Feds and the Stakeholders. For the rest of the story go to:
Quorum Court must pass Resolution of Opposition in order to help protect Private Property.
Our County Quorum Courts must pass a Resolution of Opposition to the January 9, 2013 designation of the White River Watershed National Blueway prior to the end of June 2013. The White River Watershed National Blueway designation covers 17,800,000 acres across 60 counties in Northern Arkansas and Southern Missouri. All the land and water including “Private Land” in the National Blueway designation will be controlled by 26 stakeholders that have partnered with the Department of Interior. This means that you as a land owner will lose all control over your private land to the stakeholders. As crazy as this may seem, the Feds are out to run you off your land all for the sake of ENVIRONMENTALISM, which is the worship of “Mother Earth”. This is what U.N. Agenda 21 is all about.
Check the Secure Arkansas web site at http://arkansas.securetherepublic.com/# and click on “here” to see if your county is covered. If it isn’t covered, we need a volunteer. Talk to your JP’s and County Judges and make sure it is on the agenda so the Resolution of Opposition is passed in the Quorum Court during the month of June 2013. A copy of the Resolution also appears at the same location mentioned above in this paragraph, along with the map of all private property that is in danger.
According to the Secretarial Order 3321, it appears that any watershed in the United States is subject to being designated a national “Blueway” without any vote in Congress and without proper public notice.
The White River Watershed National Blueway is the 2nd designation of a National Blueway. This movement is moving across the country at a very fast pace. Prior to the White River Watershed National Blueway, the Connecticut River Watershed National Blueway was designated. The Connecticut River Watershed covers Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
The time for sitting on the couch is over. We must all get active and stop this private property takeover by the Feds and the 26 stakeholders.
You should become familiar with:
Arkansas Resolution (updated) You’ll need to bring this to your county quorum courts and have them pass it to stop the designation in your county.
========================= Department of Interior Web Site ============================
The following is from the Department of Interior Web site http://www.fws.gov/southeast/news/2013/pdf/BluewaysFacts.pdf
You will see that you as a land owner have NO input as to the control of your Private Land. It is the UNELECTED Stakeholders that will tell you what to do.
The National Blueways System, established on May 24, 2012 by Secretarial Order 3321, will provide a blueprint for communities to plan and manage for the health, resiliency, and connectivity of their rivers and watersheds. It supports communication, cooperation, and collaboration among different stakeholders, who strive for an integrated approach to managing land and water resources.
Thank you, in advance, for your help! We need you!
