Vote Against the Fayetteville Millage Tax on August 8th!
This special election is being held away from the Primary & Regular elections to minimize voter turnout.
Early voting is at the County Clerk’s office in the Washington County Courthouse
280 N. College, Fayetteville, Ark.
Monday, August 8th from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Arkansas already has a 6.5% sales tax, 40.2 cents a gallon on gas, a Capital Gains tax, and a progressive income tax! Federal taxes, State taxes, local taxes, fees, fines, inflation, and other expenses have increased while pay and benefits have decreased. The proposed tax increase of 2.7 Mills would raise the overall millage rate to 57.45 mills, 10.6 higher than the state average.
If you do not vote NO on Monday, Aug. 8, this tax will pass with a few hundred votes!
PLEASE make the time to go VOTE AGAINST the Fayetteville Millage Tax on August 8th!
