The operator who answered directed us to an agent who said she could not give us a single detail about this implication of the Clintons nor the WikiLeaks Clinton email # 3741: no names, no details, no information whatsoever, and no agent would call us back. Haitian Police are Holding 10 Americans – Working for the New Life Children’s Refuge Charity (This is a BBC article.)

New Life Children's Refuge (NLCR) is the brainchild of Laura Silsby, 40, and Charisa Coulter, 23, who are both members of the Central Valley Baptist Church in Meridian, Idaho.

Here’s some information from from this article: “The individual in question is one Laura Silsby, former director of the New Life Children’s Refuge. She was caught trying to steal 33 children from the country, most of whom were not even orphans and had families.

Hillary has a LONG history of interest in Ms. Silsby. Wikileak emails dating back to at least 2001 have been found in her archives discussing Laura’s Non-Government Organization (NGO) Laura had claimed she planned to build an orphanage in the Dominican Republic, but authorities in the country said she never submitted an application for this purpose. Laura’s NGO group instead relocated to Haiti.

However, we’re still waiting on the full story to come out, and we may NEVER know it! It appears to be part of a very large web of deception and cover-up.

The following site confirms that the trafficking of human beings that is being done in Haiti is not new. It is a multi-billion dollar operation that has been going on for a long time, of which the Clintons appear to being taking advantage.

The Clinton Foundation was used for the Clintons to provide quid pro quo deals to their donors.
Numerous journalists and media organizations donated to the Clinton Foundation.
The Clinton Foundation pledged to clear any foreign donations with the State Department before Clinton became the Secretary of State.

The Clinton Foundation paid out less that 3% of revenues received to charities. This figure is supported by the 2014 IRS 990tax filing and not the 90% being reported by Hillary Clinton.

Another interesting connection is a nefarious sweetheart_deal made between former U.S. President Bill Clinton, a Democrat, and former U.S. President George W. Bush, a Republican, with the Haiti Earthquake relief of January 12, 2010. Both of these Presidents founded the Clinton-Bush Haiti Fund, a 501(c)3 tax exempt foundation. The Clinton-Bush Haiti Fund was formed after the 2010 earthquake — supposedly to help Haitians. It turns out that almost NONE of the money went directly to Haiti. But it appears as though the Clinton’s ignored this MOU and conducted business as usual. We believe that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was heavily involved in using her Secretary of State office in her “pay-to-play” scheme to benefit the Clintons financially.

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was entered into by the Clinton Foundation and the Office of the President-Elect on December 12, 2008. Currently living in Virginia (originally from Missouri), Tim was first elected to office in 1994, serving as a city councilmember and then Mayor of Richmond.
