Health Dept to Meet With Ozark Regional Water District

The Ozark Mountain Regional Public Water Authority, comprised of 18 different water systems, provides water from Bull Shoals Lake to 20,000 residents in 4 counties in Arkansas.  The Arkansas Department of Health is bullying water systems into adding fluoride and is mandating this meeting.  PLEASE ATTEND if you care about the dangerous chemical fluoride being added in these areas!  Our water operators need our support to deal with the Health Department.

In December of 2011, James Allison, the then office manager and water operator at Carroll-Boone Water District, wrote a letter to Jeff Stone at the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) to make him aware of his concerns regarding the toxic chemical fluoride.

Charlie Holt, District 1 Engineer from ADH, responded with this letter which states that there could be lead and arsenic in fluoride!  (He seems to want to downplay the existence of TOXIC substances in the fluoride chemicals… but we know better!)

THAT’s one of the reasons Secure Arkansas is so concerned over this hazardous fluoride mandate!  Act 197 MUST BE REPEALED!

Several spokesmen from the Arkansas Health Dept. will be in attendance at the June 18th meeting:

• Jeff Stone, P.E., Director, Engineering Section, ADH

• Lindy Bollen, DDS, Director Office of Oral Health, ADH

• Glenn Greenway, P.E., Program Fluoridation Engineer, Engineering Section, ADH

and also possibly:

• Raymond Thompson, P.E., Engineer Supervisor, Engineering Section, ADH

…and many concerned residents of Arkansas who do not wish for their water to be poisoned by fluoride.

We believe that many important questions will be raised at the meeting, such as:

• Will Bull Shoals Lake be affected by fluoridation?

• Who will train the water district employees to properly handle and dispose of the toxic chemical fluoride?

• What steps will be taken when fluoride begins to corrode metal pipes and fittings?

Most of our water operators do NOT want this type of damage happening in Arkansas!

Act 197 MUST BE REPEALED!
