SJR 7 and SJR 9 have been resurrected and brought back to the House Committee once again. When will this ever end? AND when will the public become totally outraged at Senator Rapert’s actions? Stunts like this scream that the heads of state must be involved and dark money is flowing to every player/actor. The agenda says it has been re-referred to the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs for Wednesday, March 22, 2017, 10:00 a.m. in Room 151 at the Arkansas State Capitol.
Secure Arkansas now believes Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson and the Republican Legislature are responsible for bringing back these dangerous resolutions that have come through the Convention of States and been funded by the global elite billionaires (Soros and Koch brothers, ALEC) who want to have a convention in order to rewrite our Constitution. This should send chills down our spines because the globalists have been working for decades to bring this hidden agenda to pass!
The calendar at the Arkansas Legislature for Monday, March 20, 2017 simply says:
House 3/20/17 5:15:47 PM The vote by which SJR 7 Failed to Pass was expunged.
House 3/20/17 5:21:17 PM The vote by which SJR 9 Failed to Pass was expunged.
So… sadly, today, March 20, 2017, in Regular Senate Bills, Senator Jason Rapert from Conway went before the full Senate for the second time to ask them to expunge SJR 7 and SJR 9… meaning: bring them back to run through the House, once again, even though they have already failed on the full House floor. The new sponsor bringing these bills back to be expunged… Rep. Jana Della Rosa! This is a total shock because on the full House floor March 14, she spoke AGAINST both resolutions!
So, Rep. Jana Della Rosa from Rogers (pictured above) is now working with Sen.Jason Rapert to:
Subtitle (for SJR 7)
MOTION TO EXPUNGE THE VOTE BY WHICH FAILED; AN APPLICATION TO CONGRESS TO CALL A CONVENTION FOR PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION CONCERNING THE DEFINITION OF "MARRIAGE".
AND also Rep. Mickey Gates from Hot Springs (pictured above) is working with Sen. Jason Rapert to:
Subtitle (for SJR 7)
MOTION TO RE-REFER TO THE HOUSE COMMITTEE ON STATE AGENCIES AND GOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS; AN APPLICATION TO CONGRESS TO CALL A CONVENTION FOR PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION CONCERNING THE DEFINITION OF "MARRIAGE".
Rep. Della Rosa is also now on board with Sen. Rapert to:
Subtitle (for SJR 9)
MOTION TO EXPUNGE THE VOTE BY WHICH FAILED; AN APPLICATION TO CONGRESS TO CALL A CONVENTION FOR PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION PROVIDING THAT EVERY HUMAN BEING IS ENTITLED TO THE RIGHT TO LIFE.
Rep. Bob Ballinger from Berryville (pictured above), Chair of the House State Agencies on Governmental Affairs, has worked with Sen. Jason Rapert to bring this bad bill back before his committee AGAIN!
Subtitle (SJR 9)
MOTION TO RE-REFER TO THE HOUSE COMMITTEE ON STATE AGENCIES AND GOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS; AN APPLICATION TO CONGRESS TO CALL A CONVENTION FOR PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION PROVIDING THAT EVERY HUMAN BEING IS ENTITLED TO THE RIGHT TO LIFE.
It’s hard to overcome a governor when he requests legislation to go through the General Assembly, so we had better not go to sleep at the wheel or there could be a major accident happen to Arkansans that are NOT paying attention to the status of states applying for a convention. Our U.S. Constitution is in extreme danger, Americans! Secure Arkansas is in possession of the oaths taken by all the elected state representatives and senators by a simple FOIA request earlier this year. It’s heartbreaking to see those politicians who are willing to betray our Constitution (and the people) so easily (“money talks”) because OTHER good men and women have given their very lives to protect those very things: our Constitution and the people!
Rapert has the votes to get this con out of this House Committee because it has passed there once before! Warning: they are running under the guise of “marriage” and “right to life”, but remember, it’s about applying for an Article V convention.
It’s important to read the status history of each bill so you can see the shenanigans being pulled and how many times they FAILED. Apparently, that doesn’t matter!
