Attention All Legislators: Remember, a “NO” VOTE is required on ANY piece of legislation which calls for a convention or mentions Article V! (There are now 3 resolutions calling for a convention: SJR 2, SJR 7, and SJR 9.)
All the states can do is APPLY for a convention. After that, Congress takes over.
See Article I, §8, clause 18:
“To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.”
Two very deceptive and worrisome Con Con resolutions are on the schedule for tomorrow, Monday, March 27, 2017 to be heard before the full Senate AGAIN! They are Senator Jason Rapert’s SJR 9 and Senator Gary Stubblefield’s SJR 2. These diabolical resolutions are running under the guise of “Right to Life” (to play on your sympathy) AND “limit the power of the federal government” (which is a lie; this type of resolution will end up doing just the opposite because it will legalize spending more!).
What both misguided resolutions actually do is apply Arkansas for a convention, along with the other states that want Congress to call a convention! It’s all about a convention, folks. If this happens, our Constitution will be destroyed! If we open the door to a convention, it’s over! A totalitarian dictatorship has been planned and has been in the works for a century now in order to dismantle our Constitution. Can’t you discern the time and the hour in which we are now living?
Don’t forget that George Soros also supports the Constitution 2020 movement. This is a powerful plan for implementation a Marxist vision of constitutional law. Soros is bankrolling and heavily supporting the Constitution 2020 movement, and Cass Sunstein is directly connected to Soros’ funding for that movement, which openly seeks to create a “progressive” consensus as to what the U.S. Constitution should provide for by the year 2020. Eric Holder also sat on the board of a Soros-funded group pushing the same “progressive” constitution in the Constitution 2020. This vision will come to fruition if we don’t stop it here and now!
You can check the history status of both resolutions by clicking here:
SJR 9: http://www.arkleg.state.ar.
SJR 2: http://www.arkleg.state.ar.us/
Both the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) and the Council on State Governments (CSG) support an Article V convention or a Constitutional Convention (Con Con). The Senators below whose names are in green italicized bold font are MEMBERS of CSG … and possibly other despicable Non-Governmental Organizations (which support Regionalism, which is United Nations Agenda 21/ Sustainable Development), and the Senators below whose names are in RED BOLD font are members of American Legislative Exchange Council (ie. ALEC, the Koch Brothers).
ALEC set up a structure to make it possible to have their member corporations have access to state legislators, and these corporations pay Big Bucks to have that access! The agenda of these organizations is to implement metropolitan/regional government. (This is the replacement of elected government officials with unelected administrators (non-government organizations, NGO’s) which is what Secure Arkansas sees happening at the Capitol. This is the main reason your legislator can dismiss you so easily!)
IMMEDIATE ACTION for our readers: Contact all 35 State Senators AND 100 Arkansas State Representatives, and ask them to VOTE NO on any legislation calling for a convention.

There you have it! The Senate and the shadow government working behind the scenes lies before you very exposed! Once again, hellish flames have engulfed the Arkansas’ Capitol, and the diabolical minions are laughing and mocking us calling us “fearmongers”. We stand on the eve of destruction of unintended consequences… We the People have got to act immediately! Now you know why we have been saying our Arkansas legislation is written out of state! Much of it is model legislation from ALEC, and all of the ALEC legislators come into every session armed with their marching orders from ALEC!
Do you think that ALEC State Chair Senator Eddie Joe Williams has attempted to influence and control the outcome of the Arkansas Senate State Agencies & Government Affairs Committee AND the full Senate? Yes, dear reader! Can’t you see that? Secure Arkansas certainly does.
Email the Senators: Copy and paste the list of emails below into your “TO” in your email so you can send ONE email to ALL of them at one time. (Special note: If you are being “blocked”, just email them in smaller segments.)

Secure Arkansas suggests that if people who email legislators are asked where they live, they can respond:
"Although I do not reside in your district, neither do the big name organizers of this Convention effort, and yet, the legislators appear to listen to what they have to say. Also, your vote will affect me and all of our posterity, so please do not disregard my opinion. I am one of "We the People" who does not want to change our Constitution. Thank you."
And/or call the Capitol Switchboard MONDAY MORNING, March 27, 2017 at 501-682-2902 to leave a message for your Senators to VOTE NO on SJR 9 AND SJR 2. Remember: the resolutions will be heard Monday, March 27, 2017 at 1:00 pm, so you MUST call in the morning!
Stay tuned, and let us know what you hear back from the Senators!
Email the Representatives: You may also email all of the representatives by copying and pasting all 100 emails (listed below) into your “TO” box in your email service, OR do it in smaller segments if you are being “blocked”. Please get busy quickly and take the time to do this now! Don’t wait!
