Secure Arkansas would like to introduce to you a legal petition that was filed on January 6, 2022 regarding our medical freedom in Arkansas. This presents an opportunity for us to work together and ensure that this measure, a Constitutional Amendment, will be on the ballot in November, IF we the people of this state get the proper number of signatures needed on petitions to do so.
What is this amendment? View and print the Arkansas Medical Freedom Amendment here.
Why is this particular amendment important? Humans are endowed by our Creator with unalienable rights, including bodily autonomy. So, what’s the problem? We are under a depopulation agenda, and it’s showing up all over. It’s tyranny and headed towards socialism and communism. The blind belief in “authority” needs to end, and freedom must prevail.
Here’s a damning 6 min. news clip as Pearson Sharp reports from One American News (OAN) about the dangers of the vaccines. Are you aware that Non-COVID deaths among Americans in the prime of life are up 140% above normal since vaccines were introduced? It’s time to wake up! The government is not going to help us. We would like to be able to trust them, but that’s not possible. We are seeing a collusion of the corrupt media, government, and Big Pharma bringing forth this totalitarian agenda that is deceiving and destroying countries around the world. (An example of the corruption in media and Big Pharma/ Pfizer is James C. Smith serving as Chairman of Thompson Reuters Foundation while also on the Board of Directors of Pfizer.) Shown below is a photo of James C. Smith, and you can read his bio at that same link, too. He is a member of the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum (WEF)… So, he promotes Klaus Schwab’s “Great Reset” agenda that ruins our health and economy.
Let’s do what we can to stop this corruption and take a stand, where we can, when we can.
This Medical Freedom Amendment in Arkansas would create a constitutional barrier against state efforts to limit our medical choices—whether acting on their own accord or as minions of the federal government. Residents of Arkansas can effectively protect our bodily autonomy by enacting and enforcing our rights under the Medical Freedom Amendment.
How does the process work for getting the amendment on the ballot so people can vote on it? Our State Constitution allows us the power to make a Constitutional Amendment by petition of 10% of legal voters. Any measure submitted to the people becomes law when approved by a majority of the votes cast upon such measure. The General Election is to be held on November 8, 2022. (Early voting will begin October 24, 2022.)
What can you do to help? What are the Action Steps? Please print off the petition onto LEGAL SIZED paper (8 1/2″ x 14″) and help gather a few pages of signatures for this amendment. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: have the amendment and rules page printed on one side of the paper and the signature page on the other side of the same sheet of paper. We must do this for EACH petition page. (We cannot have just a page of the signatures without the amendment and rules on the other side.)
Legal sized (8 1/2″ x 14″) hardboard clipboards are available for purchase for about $2-$3 at stores like Staples or Office Depot and are extremely helpful, especially as you may be traveling around and need a firm place on which people may complete their information and sign the petition.
Consider taking the petition around to your family, friends, church, and/or co-workers. Possibly attend an event or two so it can be circulated. Ask others to help. It’s up to us to get this measure on the ballot, and if we all work a little to help, we can do it! As the saying goes: “By the inch, it’s a cinch, but by the yard, it’s hard.”
What are the rules for those who sign and for those who gather signatures? This is a pdf for all canvassers and signers. Remember, ONLY registered voters may sign the petition.
Then what? When you’re finished gathering signatures, sign the bottom of your petition page(s) in front of a Notary Public, have your petition(s) notarized, and then mail to this member of our organization:
Tanya Charlton
13946 Noah Rd
Gravette, AR 72736
Many banks have a Notary Public on staff, if you don’t already know of one. Usually, that service is free of charge.
How much time is allowed for us to work to help gather signatures to ensure this gets on the ballot in November 2022? We must submit the notarized petitions to the Secretary of State’s office before July 8, 2022 (that’s 4 months prior to the General Election in November), so PLEASE mail them to Tanya Charlton WELL before that date, preferably a few weeks before that, so she can submit them to the Arkansas Secretary of State’s office for you.

As we responsibly consider our role and involvement in this particular amendment, we should ask — what kind of future do we envision for our children and grandchildren regarding medical freedom?
Arkansans, if you want this Medical Freedom Amendment, then this is our time to take a stand and work diligently to secure it. It’s important that we all participate! Please know that there is NO MONEY to hire canvassers for this petition. We are doing this out of service — love, respect, duty, and a future legacy for our fellow Arkansans and ourselves. This includes our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Faith without works is dead, and WE must do the leg-work. This is a small window of opportunity for us to get something done, so let’s make the most of it…
“Let My People Go!” “Let My People Go” is a phrase that originates in the Book of Exodus 5:1: “And afterward Moses and Aaron went in, and told Pharaoh, ‘Thus saith the Lord God of Israel, Let my people go, that they may hold a feast unto me in the wilderness. God gave the pharaoh a chance to let Israel go, of his own free will, to worship God. Through his refusal, the pharaoh could blame no one but himself for the consequences.’ ”
Americans must come out of this corrupt medical enslavement! If you agree… PLEASE help!
Reminder: Secure Arkansas will update you periodically, but our organization is NOT overseeing this petition drive, only helping when we can do so.
