As of February 21, 2020 — 2,360 people have died from the sinister coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak. There are currently 77,811 confirmed cases in 32 countries and territories, and the fatality rate is still being assessed. (We are skeptical of the statistics being reported, as we believe they’re inaccurate and being highly under-reported.)

The onset of this coronavirus was extremely sudden and violent, and it appears like biological warfare was declared on the unsuspecting public!

Francis Boyle is a professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law. He drafted the U.S. domestic implementing legislation for the Biological Weapons Convention, known as the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, that was approved unanimously by both Houses of the U.S. Congress and signed into law by President George H.W. Bush.

In an exclusive interview given to Geopolitics and Empire, Dr. Boyle discusses the coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan, China and the Biosafety Level 4 laboratory (BSL-4) from which he believes the infectious disease escaped. He believes the virus is potentially lethal and an offensive biological warfare weapon or dual-use biowarfare weapons agent genetically modified with gain of function properties, which is why the Chinese government originally tried to cover it up and is now taking drastic measures to contain it. The Wuhan BSL-4 lab is also a specially designated World Health Organization (WHO) research lab and Dr. Boyle contends that the WHO knows full well what is occurring.

So, DID this life-threatening virus originate in China? Or was it espionage? And was the virus stolen from a Canadian lab?

Coronavirus arrived at Canada’s NML Winnipeg facility on May 4, 2013 from the Dutch lab. The Canadian lab grew up stocks of the virus and used it to assess diagnostic tests being used in Canada. Winnipeg scientists worked to see which animal species can be infected with the new virus.

Research was done in conjunction with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency’s national lab, the National Centre for Foreign Animal Diseases which is housed in the same complex as the National Microbiology Laboratory.

NML has a long history of offering comprehensive testing services for coronaviruses. It isolated and provided the first genome sequence of the SARS coronavirus and identified another coronavirus NL63 in 2004.

This Winnipeg based Canadian lab was targeted by Chinese agents in what could be termed as Biological Espionage.

Investigation: CBC, a Canadian news clip (a 2-minute YouTube video) reveals that a Chinese scientist that could have stolen the coronavirus from the Canadian National Microbiology Laboratory.

Dr. Xiangguo Qiu, her husband, and an unknown number of her students from China were removed from Canada’s only level-4 lab on July 5 amid an RCMP investigation into what’s being described as a possible “policy breach.”

Coronavirus was Engineered by Scientists in a Lab

Every virology lab in the world that has run a genomic analysis of the coronavirus now knows that the coronavirus was engineered by human scientists. The proof is in the virus itself: The tools for genetic insertion are still present as remnants in the genetic code. Since these unique gene sequences don’t occur by random chance, they’re proof that this virus was engineered by scientists in a lab.

But the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are covering up this inconvenient fact in order to protect communist China and its biological weapons program, since no government wants the public to know the full truth about how frequently government-run labs experience outbreaks. Decades ago, for example, the U.S. Army ran an Ebola bioweapons lab in the United States, where a monkey infected one of the scientists there. The strain turned out to be infectious only in monkeys, not humans, so the world dodged a bullet, but the U.S. Army “nuked” the entire facility with chemical bombs, killing all the monkeys and wiping out any last remnant of the virus on U.S. soil.

As we’ve stated before, “Follow the money.” Where there’s a deadly virus, there are often patents… and there are also people and organizations waiting to profit from those patents.

At present, there are 5,557 United States Patents associated with Coronavirus.

The Coronavirus patent was approved in 17 months by SERCO (UK) which runs the U.S. Patent office.

*Everyone needs to be aware of this GLOBAL coalition. Keep in mind, there is a substantial amount of money to be made, not just off of patenting viruses, but off of vaccine development as well, and organizations are looking for investors AND for government funding! Moreover, government funding means TAXPAYER money! (That means YOUR money and MY money!)

For example, headquartered in Norway, who is Coalition For Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI)? Who’s part of this? Questionable billionaire player, Bill Gates, is still involved yet again. Yes, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is tied to the Pirbright Institute (which patented the coronavirus) and also to the Clinton Health Access Initiative. This is FALSE PHILANTHROPY because the Clintons are still heavily involved with the vaccine industry. Vaccines should be viewed as highly suspicious, especially since those people and organizations who create viruses are often the ones developing the vaccines for them! It’s hypocrisy, plain and simple! Pharmaceutical companies which manufacture vaccines must be anticipating a BIG, illicit money haul.

Greedy globalists are known for saying, “Never let a good crisis go to waste.”

While this may sound good, we must question the statements and the players…and continue to follow the money!

In closing: Do NOT expect the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), BigPharma, OR the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to tell the truth, dear reader! Coronavirus propaganda is coming from everywhere, but especially China and the U.S.
