Voting Machines are NOT Secure
Solution: Go back to Paper Ballots
Voting machines are not secure and should be replaced
with hand-marked paper ballots
Early voting in Arkansas has begun, and the General Election is Tuesday, November 4, 2022.
Did you know that our U.S. Constitution leaves election management up to state and local officials?
And yet… we have witnessed that there is no integrity or security in America’s corrupt voting system! The public has zero confidence in our election system: The Federal Election Commission. The Federal Commissioners are appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate.
Sadly, Secure Arkansas expects this upcoming congressional election to be stolen again or federalized in some way in which the control remains in Democrat/RINO Republican hands, so the deep state can continue to govern and destroy our country. The criminals in government can steal the election right down to the Justice of the Peace (JP), if they want to. That also goes for the ballot measures. We have subversion instead of elections, just like our former President, John F. Kennedy, stated in a classic speech many years ago.
Grievously, a true conservative elected official is always in danger because the FBI (and the Dept. of Justice) are militantly operating for the Democrat Party. Democrats are holding many positions of power, and our corrupt government will NOT allow a free election!
*Paperless voting machines are susceptible to manipulation because we have no method to verify votes in the case of software or hardware failure. We must use paper ballots to provide physical proof of the voter’s intent. Remember, paper ballots can be safely recounted in case of a contested result. If not, this places the election and voters at risk. Legally speaking, only the paper ballots should count. If a result is challenged, the paper ballots are recounted manually.
An Edward Perez Tweet back in July 2019:
If a state or local official outsources programming, that’s one thing; but the actual tabulation function, i.e. insertion of memory cards into the tabulation computer, and the counting of the votes, should be done solely by election officials, and never, ever by the vendor.
While using paper may sound outdated, the consensus among election security experts is that nothing else provides the needed reliability, security, and transparency. Voters using electronic ballot-marking machines do not check to make sure that the computer marked their ballot properly.
Durable, voter-marked paper ballots are appropriate technology for public elections.
Hand-counted paper ballots are considered the “Gold Standard” of democratic elections
Only paper ballots provide physical proof of the voter’s intent
Paper ballots can be safely recounted in case of a contested result
Counting paper ballots in public provides 100% oversight and transparency
Unlike computer voting systems:
– paper ballots can’t break down or malfunction
– paper ballots are not programmed secretly by unaccountable private corporations
– paper ballots cannot be hacked or rigged
Paper ballots have better oversight because they can be counted in public; therefore, we have better transparency. Using electronic voting machines will yield an incorrect election audit.
Voting machines are vulnerable to hacking and are NOT secure. Modems that manufacturers put in the voting machines are a network of connections that leave them vulnerable to hacking by anybody who can connect to that network.
Barcode Technology is dangerous. The National Academies recommended against voting devices that tally barcodes. In 2019 they stated, “Electronic voting systems that do not produce a human-readable paper ballot of record raise security and verifiability concerns.”
Arkansas has ES&S Voting machines, and unfortunately, some components do come from China. (There could always be a backdoor access through the components.) Even touchscreens, processors and tablets are included. Do you want CHINA to control our elections?
In Alabama, the ES&S Voting machine accepted a Xeroxed copy of a mail-in ballot during Logic and Accuracy testing. ES&S voting machines are subject to fraud. Several counties in Alabama had more votes than registered voters using ES&S voting machines. ES&S is owned by McCarthy Group. See below for an expanded explanation.
If electronic voting machines can be online, if only momentarily, then the votes are NOT secure.
Most if not all electronic voting machines are connected to the internet and thus are subject to hacking. Security experts have warned that an intruder can corrupt the machines and alter the barcode-based ballots WITHOUT voters or election officials realizing it.
Two ES&S voting machines in Faulkner County, Arkansas Flipped Race during the primary.
Bruce Haggard, an election commissioner in Faulkner County, Arkansas, is baffled by a problem that occurred with two voting machines in this month’s state primary elections. The machines allocated votes cast in one race to an entirely different race that wasn’t even on the electronic ballot. The problem resulted in the wrong candidate being declared victor in a state House nomination race.
The problem occurred with two touch-screen voting machines made by Election Systems & Software, which were the only machines used in Faulkner County’s East Cadron B voting precinct.

Take a closer look at the players in the deep state. Who are the suspicious players involved in our voting systems? Let’s start with McCarthy Group.
McCarthy Group (a private equity firm) owns ES&S electronic voting machines headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. They manufacture and sell voting machine equipment, services and more. ES&S is the largest voting machine company in our country and their manipulating electronic voting machines are installed here in Arkansas. The ES&S machines make it impossible for voters to verify their ballots.
Mike McCarthy of McCarthy Group
Michael (Mike) R. McCarthy founded McCarthy Group. The McCarthy group is part of McCarthy Capital. Also, see McCarthy Partners Management. And Chair of Mgi Holdings, Inc. He is co-chair of Bridges Trust. Also, Mr. McCarthy is an Independent Lead Director at Union Pacific and a Director at Cabela’s, Inc. He is the treasurer at Omaha Development Foundation.
Tom Burt of ES&S
Tom Burt is Co-Founder, President, and CEO of ES&S that is owned and controlled by the McCarthy Group. The average ES&S executive compensation is $270,444 a year. The median estimated compensation for executives at ES&S including base salary and bonus is $253,524, or $121 per hour. At ES&S, the most compensated executive makes $720,000 annually, and the lowest compensated makes $52,000. Image credit essvote.com .
And yes, the treacherous and brutal BlackRock (CEO Larry Fink) is lurking around, along with the wicked World Economic Forum (Klaus Schwab). The place where CEO’s, heads of state, politicians, and other influential individuals gather and negotiate deals.
Schwab’s “Great Reset” has tried to destroy our freedom, our health and our standard of living. Schwab stated that the pandemic was a narrow window to reset our world. Be prepared to hear the communist statement, “build back better”, repeatedly. This robs us of our sovereignty: we own nothing, and THEY own everything.

Gianna McCarthy is mentioned in the previous document. She is listed as Director of Corporate Governance New York State Common Retirement Fund saying, Ms. McCarthy has played a critical role in expanding CRF’s corporate engagement program. She is also a Board of Director at the Council of Institutional Investors.
In this document, Gianna McCarthy is listed as a panelist in a November 2021 webinar titled “Preparing for the Shareholder Proposal Season. Along with her was Jessica McDougall, Director, BlackRock Investment Stewardship (BlackRock).
BlackRock is heavily involved in pushing its Climate Change agenda on any group they do business with. The new term is ESG which stands for Environmental, Social, and Governance. The underlying premise of the E in ESG is that we face an existential threat from climate change, so we must transition away from fossil fuels. Don’t believe this Climate Change or ESG lie. It is all about control. ESG policies are being pushed by ‘Woke’ Corporations.
ESG shifts the political process from our democratic institutions to those managing money. Whoever has the most money wins. And they are driving their political agendas using other people’s money, including Americans’ retirement funds. BlackRock uses the trillions of dollars it manages as leverage to compel companies to implement certain policies and argues “forcing behaviors” is necessary to achieve its goals. ESG is a direct assault on free markets.
It looks like Red States are trying to pull out of BlackRock investments! Yay! Some are divesting from BlackRock over BlackRock’s ESG initiatives which translates into a ‘Woke political agenda’ some of these states divesting are:
South Carolina State Treasurer Curtis Loftis told FOX Business that he has put banks on notice that he opposes ESG standards.
Arkansas state treasurer yanks about $125M out of accounts managed by BlackRock “Once we began to see BlackRock’s active global political activity (handpicking companies that aligned with their ESG beliefs and beliefs we feel most Arkansans are opposed to), we began divesting and were fully divested by March 1, 2022” Milligan spokeswoman Stacy Peterson said in a written statement.
Missouri latest state to divest from BlackRock over ESG initiatives
BlackRock faces scrutiny from 19 state AGs over ESG investments “Based on the facts currently available to us, BlackRock appears to use the hard-earned money of our states’ citizens to circumvent the best possible return on investment, as well as their vote,” the AGs said in their letter.
BlackRock’s former sustainable investing chief now thinks ESG is a ‘dangerous placebo’
Here’s a snippet:
LONDON — A former BlackRock executive has outlined why he now thinks that sustainable investing is a “dangerous placebo that harms the public interest,” after previously evangelizing the trend for the world’s largest asset management firm.
The Luciferian 1% have taken over everything! Oxfam said that two-thirds of the billionaires obtained their fortune through inheritance, monopoly, and cronyism. The Oxfam report also shows that the richest 1% of the world’s population is worth more than the other 99%.
It is incestuous the way the same players move in and out of titles and roles and serve on private and governmental boards all over the world. Click here for an example of Brendan McCarthy returning to Goldman Sachs and coming from BlackRock.
Over and over, the powerful BlackRock and Vanguard keep coming up whenever you search investments and criminal things that are going on in the world. They are the largest institutional investors of every major company on earth… They have a monopoly and will own everything!
Federal banks (such as pension funds) and national, state, and local governments are tied up with them. But, the most powerful manipulating company on earth is Vanguard, the largest shareholders of BlackRock. So, Vanguard is in the hands of the wealthiest families in the world… the wealthy 1%. BlackRock with Larry Fink pulling the strings is not far behind. And yes, Rothschild is in that 1% group, but there are others, too. They are there hiding behind Vanguard, running the world.
Who is the fourth arm of government? Who is the hierarchy of the upper 1%?
Please take the time to watch this eye-opening must-watch video. It’s a deep dive into all of the products, industries, and investments of the deep state.
Wouldn’t you like to know who’s controlling the world and owns everything on the planet? They are only a small group of people… the monsters and foundations/ non-governmental organizations (NGO’s) with a great amount of wealth that move money wherever that want, exert a strong influence over political decisions, and keep industries in line so they will operate in the interests of the global elite.
Here are examples of the most malevolent foundations ever:
Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (largest funder of the World Health Organization — the WHO)
The Soros, Open Society Foundation
The Clinton Foundation
Now, back to our voting troubles…
This article reveals the trouble we were having with three of the largest manufacturers of voting machines: Dominion Voting Systems, Election Systems & Software (ES&S), and Hart InterCivic.
Some snippets:
The three largest voting manufacturing companies — Election Systems & Software, Dominion Voting Systems and Hart InterCivic — have acknowledged they all put modems in some of their tabulators and scanners. The reason? So that unofficial election results can more quickly be relayed to the public. Those modems connect to cell phone networks, which, in turn, are connected to the internet.
“Once a hacker starts talking to the voting machine through the modem, the hacker cannot just change these unofficial election results, they can hack the software in the voting machine and make it cheat in future elections,” he said.
The National Institute of Standards and Technology, which provides cybersecurity frameworks for state and local governments and other organizations, recommends that voting systems should not have wireless network connections.
For the proof of vote fraud in America, you must watch the 2000 Mules video below.
2000 Mules | Full Documentary (1:26 minute video). Some of you have already seen it.
“2000 Mules,” a documentary film created by Dinesh D’Souza, exposes widespread, coordinated voter fraud in the 2020 election, sufficient to change the overall outcome. Drawing on research provided by the election integrity group True the Vote, “2000 Mules” offers two types of evidence: geo-tracking and video.
The Voting Machines were pushed forward in America with federal legislation H.R. 3295 and also called the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) of 2002.
HAVA requires that the states implement the following new programs and procedures:
Voting by paper ballots is clearly covered in HAVA Help America Vote Act (HAVA) of 2002 under this:
Title III—Uniform and Nondiscriminatory Election Technology and Administration Requirements
Subtle A—-Requirements
Sec.301 Voting Systems Standards
(a) REQUIREMENTS.—Each voting system used in an election for Federal office shall meet the following requirements:
(1) IN GENERAL.—
(A) Except as provided in subparagraph (B), the voting system (including any lever voting system, optical scanning voting system, or direct recording electronic system) shall—(i) permit the voter to verify (in a private and independent manner) the votes selected by the voter on the ballot before the ballot is cast and counted;
(ii) provide the voter with the opportunity (in a private and independent manner) to change the ballot or correct any error before the ballot is cast and counted (including the opportunity to correct the error through the issuance of a replacement ballot if the voter was otherwise unable to change the ballot or correct any error); and
(iii) if the voter selects votes for more than one candidate for a single office—
(I) notify the voter that the voter has selected more than one candidate for a single office on the ballot;
(II) notify the voter before the ballot is cast and counted of the effect of casting multiple votes for the office; and
(III) provide the voter with the opportunity to correct the ballot before the ballot is cast and counted.
(B) A State or jurisdiction that uses a paper ballot voting system, a punch card voting system, or a central count voting system (including mail-in absentee ballots and mail-in ballots), may meet the requirements of subparagraph (A)(iii) by—
(i) establishing a voter education program specific to that voting system that notifies each voter of the effect of casting multiple votes for an office; and
(ii) providing the voter with instructions on how to correct the ballot before it is cast and counted (including instructions on how to correct the error through the issuance of a replacement ballot if the voter was otherwise unable to change the ballot or correct any error).
(iii) The paper record produced under subpara- graph (A) shall be available as an official record for any recount conducted with respect to any election in which the system is used.
People with disabilities are covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Click here for ADA Checklist For Polling Places.
Part 1 discusses polling place accessibility with a focus on the areas of a facility that may be used as a polling place on Election Day.
Part 2 includes a list of the tools election officials will need in order to use the Checklist, some helpful tips on taking measurements and photographs, and a useful list of the most common tools for temporary remedies and the circumstances in which they may be used.
Part 3 is the 2016 Checklist.
ADA mainly addresses physical accessibility of polling place. It does not say voting machines must be used. Title II of the ADA requires state and local governments (“public entities”) to ensure that people with disabilities have a full and equal opportunity to vote.
Therefore, election security risks cannot be tolerated by the public any longer.
The following text is copied and pasted from the County Board of Election Commissioners Procedure Manual:
The type of county voting system is chosen by resolution of the county’s quorum court. [A.C.A. §§ 7-5-301, 7-5-503, 7-5-606]
(From page 27)
VOTING SYSTEMS
Types
A county’s voting system must consist of voting equipment selected for use by the Secretary of State, examined and approved by the State Board of Election Commissioners, and chosen by resolution of the county’s quorum court. [A.C.A. §§ 7-5-301, 7-5-503, 7-5-606]
A county’s voting system may consist of:
Voting machines with at least one (1) voting machine per poll accessible to voters with disabilities and paper ballots for provisional voting and machine malfunction only;
Paper ballots with an electronic vote tabulating device at each poll and at least one (1) voting machine per poll accessible to voters with disabilities;
Paper ballots with an electronic vote tabulating device at a central counting location and at least one (1) voting machine per poll accessible to voters with disabilities; and
Paper ballots counted by hand and at least one (1) voting machine per poll accessible to voters with disabilities.
Voting Machines
A combination of an electronic marking device (usually a touchscreen that displays an electronic ballot) and an electronic vote tabulating device either at the precinct or at a central counting location) is considered to be a voting machine. [A.C.A. §§ 7-1-101(42)]
Voter-Verified Paper Audit Trail:
All voting machines in use must include a voter-verified paper audit trail. [A.C.A. §§ 7-5- 301(b)(1); 7-5-532(c)(1)]
Overvotes:
An overvote occurs when a voter casts votes for more than the maximum allowable number of candidates in a contest or casts votes both for and against a measure to be decided by election.
A voting machine that would permit a voter to overvote his or her ballot must notify a voter of the overvote and allow the voter to change the ballot before the ballot is cast. [A.C.A. § 7-5- 504(9)]
Paper Ballot
Overvote Warning:
All paper ballots must contain a warning beneath the heading about the consequences of overvoting and instructions on how to correct errors in marking the ballot before it is cast and counted. [A.C.A. § 7-5-601(e)]
(From page 28)
Electronic Vote Tabulating Devices:
If a county uses a paper ballot voting system that includes an electronic vote tabulating device at each poll, the device must be programmed to reject overvoted ballots so that the voter has the opportunity to correct the ballot before the ballot is cast. [A.C.A. § 7-5-604(a)(5)(A), (6)(A)]
Central Count/Count by Hand:
If a paper ballot voting system provides for votes to be counted at a central counting location or by hand at the polling sites, the county board of election commissioners must provide a voter education program to inform voters about the consequences of overvoting and how to correct the ballot before it is cast. [A.C.A. § 7-5-604(a)(6)(C)]
Custody
The county board of election commissioners has complete control and supervision of voting machines and electronic vote tabulating devices at all elections, but the county clerk has supervision of machines and devices used for early voting in the clerk’s designated early voting location. [A.C.A. § 7-5-301(k), (l)]
The county board is responsible for the proper preparation, use, maintenance, and care of all voting machines and electronic vote tabulating devices during the period of time required for an election. [A.C.A. § 7-5-301(m)(2)]
The county board has the care and custody of all voting machines and electronic vote tabulating devices while not in use. [A.C.A. § 7-5-301(m)(1)]

Vote Fraud has been going on in America long before the electronic voting machines were introduced, and it only got worse when the electronic voting machines came online. Check out this book first published in 1992 called Votescam: The Stealing of America by James M. Collier and Kenneth F. Collier.
“Votescam” by James and Kenneth Collier recounts a fascinating and daring investigative reporting project – to figure out how the American voting system works. How can the outcome of elections be predicted so accurately by “exit polls,” and how are the votes counted so fast? Why is so much of the process secret?
This is the weirdest, wildest, and most astonishing nonfiction detective story of the 1990s, an explosive investigation that tracks down, confronts, and names the Establishment crooks who elegantly steal the American vote for their own profit. It comes face to face with a Supreme Court justice who rigged a vote fraud case; the most powerful female publisher in America, who won’t let her newspapers and TV stations deal with vote-rigging; and a cast of politicians, computer wizards, professors, lawyers, news people, aristocrats, CIA operatives, outraged citizens, conspiracy buffs, and crusaders involved in a scandal of unthinkable dimensions.
This book is the culmination of a twenty-five-year investigation into computerized vote fraud in the United States. Journalists James and Kenneth Collier pose the question, “Why can’t we vote the bastards out?” Their answer: “Because we didn’t even vote the bastards in.”

Many people suspect that James Collier was murdered…
Our true constitutional government has been hijacked, and it seems that we are being tracked in all areas, and everything we say and do is being monitored.
Are you familiar with the new federal agency called CISA? There has been a growing opposition against it. Who is Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)? We might want to know all the vital sectors they control in this country. CISA connects stakeholders in industry (private sector companies) to our government along with governmental resources. The reason why we are bringing up CISA is because they control the Election Infrastructure, and it is bad. They have identified vulnerabilities affecting versions of the Dominion Voting Systems. It was so bad, they had to own up to the problems! Here’s their security tip using Best Practices for Securing Election Systems. (“Best practices” is an infamous U.N./Sustainable Development term. Woe unto the people!)
CISA was created in 2018 by H.R.3359 – Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Act of 2018 Public Law No: 115-278 (11/16/2018) Sponsored by Representative Michael T. McCaul (R) of Texas.
Purpose: To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to authorize the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency of the Department of Homeland Security, and for other purposes.
So, the Department of Homeland Security and the deep state are running our elections!
CISA is split up into 10 Regions:
Many of the services CISA offers are provided through the CISA Regions. Regional personnel work with critical infrastructure partners and communities at the regional, state, county, tribal, and local levels to:
Enhance election infrastructure security and other critical infrastructure cyber systems
CISA Membership & Charters [This looks a lot like the way the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) is set up.] Notice the Government Coordinating Council and the Sector Coordinating Council. Again, they coordinate government and stakeholders.

This is what we have for now. We leave you with a lot of information and unanswered questions, so be looking for a future Part 3 to this article.
Remember that the enemy masquerades as an angel of light. Many of us can see that we are in a spiritual battle daily for our souls. Deception is being whirled at us in every direction, and many are completely blinded by the evil and what is happening. Evil forces have gathered against us… but, our God, He is able.
In closing, we are facing a totalitarian one-party state if we cannot turn our election process around quickly. We are desperate for leaders to represent us properly! Biden has stated that conservatives like us are extremists and that “WE” are a threat to the very foundations of our republic! Biden also said the task we have now is to create a New World Order. George Soros said that China had to buy into this New World Order. The United Nations Agenda 2030 (paid for by us) is practically identical to Klaus Schwab’s Great Reset.
But remember: Biden was never elected; he was selected.
The wealthy elite and their political rulers around the world are takers. If you are tied up with the corrupt self-serving elite mob such as Vanguard and BlackRock in any way whatsoever — in ways that would put money in your pocket or promote their sinister agenda — get out! They consider you nothing but a useful idiot. You are running with a caravan of fools. Their agenda is to leave millions of people in destitution and even DEAD, as they make war with humanity. Divest yourself from Vanguard and BlackRock, and seek other investment sources.
In general, do your own research, and see what you discover! And let us know!
And please remember to bring the sample resolution (mentioned in our article above) to your Justice of the Peace at your quorum court! Email, text, fax, or deliver it in person. Do it now in order to be able to get it on the upcoming agenda for your local Quorum Court.
