It is illegal to cross into the United States without following all relevant U.S. immigration rules and regulations, and illegal entry into the U.S. is a federal crime that often comes with civil penalties.

“In just six months, President Biden has ignited the worst crisis at the border in decades. Starting on day one in office, President Biden in both word and action has put illegal immigrants first and Americans last through his radical open borders agenda. Under his watch, masses of children have been held in overcrowded facilities during a pandemic and past the legal timeframe, apprehensions at the southwest border are at a 21-year high, the human smuggling industry is booming, and deadly drugs like fentanyl are pouring across the border. Congress must conduct oversight of this gross mismanagement, but Democrats have refused to hold a single hearing. It’s past time for the Biden Administration to take the actions needed to restore order at our nation’s border,” said Ranking Member Comer.
The criminal Biden Administration has been funnelling illegal aliens into the United States for a while now. How? CBP One is an online app that been used and abused to allow illegals to schedule their time to enter and where they enter and how they will enter.
So, illegals are scheduling their appointment to enter our country!
There is a difference in the CBP (Customs and Border Protection) One Mobile Application and Trump’s Remain In Mexico policy.

What is this “new” Parole Program? Under this absurd Biden program and along with the co-conspirators on Capital Hill, they are flying hundreds of thousands of so-called “migrants” into the U.S. and granting them humanitarian parole. Sadly, this vile app makes it easy for hundreds of thousands of those illegal border crossers to make fake asylum claims at our ports of entry! Yes, illegals are now remaining in our country for years or even their entire lifetime.
Taxpayers, this crisis lowers our standard of living! Cities and towns are going broke trying to support Biden’s illegal aliens, let alone trying to handle all the crime.
So, once again, under the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s One Mobile app, illegals are using it to make appointments at our ports of entry.
As a reminder, this so-called Humanitarian Parole Program using the CBP One Mobile App was never authorized by Congress nor is it regulated in any meaningful way. Innocent Americans are NOT safe or protected. Our population is very vulnerable.
America now has an extreme border and crime crisis! Secretary of Homeland Security Mayorkas lies and says we have control of our border.

Based on everything that is happening, it should come as no surprise that the Chief Border Patrol Officer recently testified to congress that “they no longer have operational control of our southern border.” Keep in mind that crooked Joe Biden has NEVER spoken to the Chief Border Control Officer!
Biden’s “new” program has been in effect since January 2023. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) oversees the program.
Since its implementation, it’s being declared from the Biden Administration that fewer people have illegally crossed the border. They have found a clever way to reduce the number of illegal crossings.
This program has a 30,000 limit for visas per month for all 4 eligible countries (excluding Afghanistan and Ukraine). These four countries include Venezuela, Nicaragua, Haiti, and Cuba. High demand and number of applications have led the government to choose half the applicants by lottery, and the other half is chosen first-come-first-serve. So, those people from Venezuela, Nicaragua, Cuba, and Haiti don’t even have to use a port of entry. Using the CBP Mobile One app, they can simply book a flight straight into our country.
The so-called humanitarian parole program requires a sponsor in the United States, such as a citizen or lawful permanent resident.
So, who are these sponsors? Where are those parolees?
Attention! Right now, FOIA requests are being denied concerning these types of questions. Their reason is because “if disclosed, it could reveal operational vulnerabilities that could be used by bad actors.” What does that mean?
The government has “discretionary authority” under this new program. Merriam-Webster’s definition of discretionary means “left to individual choice or judgment.” By the programs own admission the word, “temporary” doesn’t mean much. The program states that each parolee has two years of legal status, but in all actuality, there’s no limit on the number of days they are allowed to stay in the country.
By our government’s own admission, one of the biggest reasons for the “new” program is to reduce the number of illegal crossings at our southern border. The numbers have to be skewed and manipulated to cover things up for Biden’s communist policies. Also, Freedom of Information requests going to the federal government are NOT being answered.
