More land grabs are coming, eminent domain will be used, and readers, we are being watched in more ways than one…
Globalism has overtaken America and our cities! The American Landscape continues to be completely restructured for the global elite’s UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Below is how the International United Nations has been working to make our landscape look like since 1992!
The red zone is the Wildlife area. These areas are to have no human presence, and no exaction of resources will be allowed.
The yellow zone is controlled with only limited actions allowed, and the black dots are “Smart Growth” zones.
It is vital for you to see what’s happening!
Michael Coffman (RIP) was a dear friend of Secure Arkansas. He once appeared before the U.S. Senate to stop the implementation of this malevolent treaty. Read here about how the Convention on Biodiversity was defeated or postponed in 1994.
We are so thankful that Michael started explaining how dangerous this UN map was, and it truly shocked the Senate back then, or else this massive land grab would have gone through decades ago! BUT remember, this map goes back to 1992! This means that they had trouble implementing it all at once, so they’ve just been taking their time and trying to implement it, bit by bit…
About the map: Explanation of the Biodiversity Treaty and the Wildlands Project above.
Several Snippets for your understanding:
This map is based on the strategy and procedures laid out in what is known as the Wildlands Project and the UN/US Man and the Biosphere Program (MAB). Both are based on the need of protecting biological diversity using core wilderness reserves which are surrounded by buffer zones that variably regulate human activity to protect the attributes of the core reserves (see below). Areas not included in core reserves or buffer zones are zones of cooperation where regulations are designed to favor biodiversity and ecosystems.
MAGNITUDE OF THE WILDLANDS PROJECT
Conservation must be practiced on a truly grand scale,” claims Reed Noss. And grand it is. Taken from the article, “The Wild- lands Project: Land Conservation Strategy” in the 1992 special issue of Wild Earth, Noss provides the whopping dimensions of this effort.
Core reserves are wilderness areas that supposedly allow biodiversity to flourish. “It is estimated,” claims Noss, “that large carnivores and ungulates require reserves on the scale of 2.5 to 25 million acres…. For a minimum viable population of 1000 [large mammals], the figures would be 242 million acres for grizzly bears, 200 million acres for wolverines, and 100 million acres for wolves. Core reserves should be managed as roadless areas (wilderness). All roads should be permanently closed.”
Corridors are “extensions of reserves. .. Multiple corridors interconnecting a network of core reserves provide functional redundancy and mitigate against disturbance…. Corridors several miles wide are needed if the objective is to maintain ( resident populations of large carnivores.”
Buffer zones should have two or more zones “so that a gradation of use intensity exists from the core reserve to the developed a landscape. Inner zones should have low road density (no more than 0.5 mile/square mile) and low-intensity use such as…hiking, cross-country skiing, birding, primitive camping, wilderness hunting and fishing, and low-intensity silviculture (light selective cutting).
Look below at how we are being watched and how Sustainable Development is being implemented. Save this website for future reference. Unprecedented things are happening that violate our U.S. Constitution and our unalienable rights.
Pay Attention: The World Resources SIMCenter, is an organization where the global elite follow and track the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development implementation across America and around the world. They have long-term strategic planning facilities. An example of what they promote is a green economy using wind/solar/geothermal programs for energy. See this list of their visualization facilities and their programs.
Clipped from their website:
A SIMCenter is a collaborative, immersive, surround visualization facility.
It’s a place where you can literally “see” the problems and solve them by working together.
They think they have “Global Solutions” and want people to solve the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals.
Concerning transportation: Charles Stoll is the Director of Land Use and Transportation Planning Initiatives for the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) in California. They promote Electric Cars, but here’s what they say about motor vehicles. And here are the UN Sustainability policies to which they adhere.

Elected officials need to vote down Biden’s rush to a green agenda!… in all areas.
Now, quickly focusing on Fort Smith, Arkansas, once again: the upcoming city meeting is critical to attend because it’s about your transportation and tax dollars, dear readers.
UN policies are being examined there and could be implemented. Your modes of transportation, such as gasoline cars and trucks, could be affected!
Please share this notice immediately with your friends, family, and others who need to attend this meeting! Our friends, the River City Elders, are calling for people to attend this important meeting, also.
The Fort Smith Board of Directors
will consider adopting theTuesday – August 20th – 6:00pm
at
The Blue Lion, 101 North 2nd Street
Fort Smith, AR
Millions and millions of dollars are about to be poured into these UN Sustainable Development infrastructures in order to go “green”.
Things are getting serious, dear readers! Attend this meeting, if at all possible. Biden and his handlers have put America on the path of sustainable development with at least 30 percent of our land and 30 percent of our ocean areas by 2030, thus Biden’s 30×30 goal. So, this is a mandate of theirs.
Biden has already issued an executive order (EO) on Climate Crisis and seeks to have severe global reductions in greenhouse gas emissions and net-zero global emissions soon. Another of his goals is doubling offshore wind capacity by 2030 while trying to implement the UN Sustainable Development policies for our lands, waters, and biodiversity…
From Talk Business & Politics: Mobility plan concepts presented to Fort Smith Board.
Snippets:
The plan reviews existing conditions and previous planning documents and then looks at the expansion of mobility facilities including shared-use paved paths, mixed traffic alleyways, bicycle facilities, and pedestrian facilities.
Projects suggested in the plan are prioritized based on several factors, including the proximity to schools, parks and employment centers, which Ryan Hale said were three of the main things citizens participating in surveys and meetings wanted from the trailways.
Here is a video showing their mobility plan for the city of Fort Smith.
You can hear mentioned the sustainable buzz words all throughout this video. But other buzz words to listen for are:

Active transportation (getting around without a car)
Walkable
Public-Private Partnerships
Stakeholder
Quality of Life
Equity
Strong Cities
Environment
Consensus
Social Justice
Protect
Regional
Traffic Calming
Complete Streets
Affordable Housing… just to name a few.
Let’s take a look at the RAISE grants for this project.
According to Talk Business: The Move Fort Smith Plan did help the city receive a $14.5 million grant from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)…
A dreadful federal implementation of UN Agenda 2030 is happening right before our eyes.

Side note: Grant fraud happens a lot these days. Misuse and abuse of these grant funds pose a danger, too. Fraudulent activity, such as embezzlement, bribery, and theft, can be difficult to spot without the help of individuals in the community.
